The staff are very friendly and helpful. They prepared some good coffee, helped with the laundry and support to reply to the driver lost on the road.

"真的被這家草原民宿狠狠暖到了，今天一路自駕而來，雖然途中經歷泥濘顛簸，還不小心陷了車，但立馬就體驗到了什麼叫做“草原熱情”
小曹和王叔一接到消息，二話不説趕來救援！王叔現場鎮定指揮，小曹二話不説上手操作，兩人配合默契，不到十分鐘就把車從泥坑裡“救”了出來真的感動到想哭。
更驚喜的是，回到民宿後才發現，小曹居然是個“寶藏男孩”！他親手做的咖啡香濃醇厚，晚上烤的羊肉串更是外焦裏嫩、香飄整個草原而且他全程笑容滿滿，貼心又周到，簡直是為這份工作而生，他的咖啡搭子小何童鞋也是熱情滿滿，開朗的愛笑的女孩，感恩。
這裏的工作人員都像家人一樣，真誠、熱情、不辭辛苦，班叔特別熱情，樸實，感謝。草原風景已經美到窒息，但比風景更動人的是這裏的人心。
絕對會再來，也推薦給所有想要感受內蒙古真正温暖的朋友。"

"酒店確實超預期，硬件條件堪比4星級酒店，本來要給超級好評的，可訂酒店後發現沒有空調，無法取消，當天户外温度11℃，前台還説今天温度很適宜，所以不用開空調了。簡直無語了。再説進房間後發現無熱水，準確來説是温温熱的水，無法洗澡，聯繫前台，告知可以去大堂洗浴中心洗澡，要下樓走差不多100米去另外酒店大堂洗浴中心，再次無語了。後來試試隔壁房間，居然有熱水，勉強洗了個澡。另外房間WIFI信號不好，有卡頓。總體感覺是這家酒店雖然高檔，但經營出了問題。"

The geographical position is superior, close to the county government business district, and it is convenient to travel. The overall decoration is simple and atmospheric, and the green plant landscape in the lobby is very textured. The most worth mentioning is that the hotel front desk responds promptly 24 hours a day, and the price is leading in the local hotel. Business travel is highly recommended. "200+的價格能有這樣的條件，打心眼裡滿意。最初想定不遠處的喆啡的，但標間沒了。轉而訂了這裏，很有點兒歪打正着的意思。停車就看到廣場上賣鹵味熟食 看着豬手和豬耳朵就有食慾，一問價格豬手26/個，豬耳朵19/個……太實惠了。一樣各買了兩個，味道很不錯。酒店的裝潢，硬件很新，衞生很乾凈。酒店的菜味也很好，關鍵是從餐廳到客房10米的距離，真心不怕喝多了回不到房間了。"

"本人文旅部門工作人員，95後，來烏蘭察布和愛人度過10年紀念日。一千七百多一晚，從北京坐高鐵來，住了兩晚。得天獨厚的風景給民宿本身帶了極大的濾鏡和光環。民宿和酒店本質的區別在於温度，氛圍。在雲南300的民宿有手寫明信片和伴手禮，遺憾跋山涉水來到烏蘭察布的天花板民宿沒伴手禮，除了裝修漂亮，（牆皮脱落請儘快修復，如果下水道堵了儘快給人升級房間，別讓人等。）工作人員的熱情團結給我感覺非常棒！其他方面，民宿本身機制讓人覺得差點温度。建議老闆看到多讓年輕人決策。服務值得一提，每天玩累回來很晚了，管家小曹積極拿行李送到房間，主動問到我們的行程，需要什麼額外的幫助，點壁爐，問好，責任心極強。咖啡廳管家老曹早上和我約好拍早景，早早起床給我開門，人非常非常好！管家小何有求必應，給人回家的感覺，負責積極，輕鬆愉悦。廚房阿姨和叔叔知道我是雲南的，給我加了很多佐料，每天飯菜都吃光光！像對孫女那樣，又好吃又温暖。這幾位小年輕挺珍貴，不是人機是發自內心對工作的熱愛。飯菜不能單點太雞肋，很多菜吃不慣，建議整個可以單點的菜單可以供客人選擇。此次到訪體驗感最差的是，我來之前找領隊和包車，問了民宿微信官號，不知哪一位給我首推的領隊是個行業小白實在太想賺錢，年紀也小，開口就是宰客價，告訴我這個民宿的客人沒人給過他差評，就這樣愛咋咋的意思。後來瞭解到沒資質，經驗也是個位數。我想，這麼好的環境民宿有各個品牌機構，單位的加持，竟隨意推薦，對推薦的人和機構都不審核嗎，很影響聲譽和體驗感。後來不知哪一位也是用官號給我推薦的領隊包車又特別好，服務，硬件和價格真是天差地別。總之，我還會來，這麼好的地理優勢，我希望它更好，我喜歡以上提到的工作人員，沒有這樣的人，民宿裝再好看也沒用。風景真好，我捨不得睡。老闆請認真看看，我愛物生其他，請重新制定計劃，謝謝。"
