Почему мы должны дышать этим дымом? вместо того, чтобы отдыхать, мы ходим по отелю и ищем номер, где не пахнет куревом! В этом отделе людям разрешено курить. Везде где они хотят. Они заходят на ресепшен с улицы и курят. Курят в коридоре. Курят в комнатах. Это КОШМАР! Почему администратор не останавливает это? Почему руководство отеля это допускает? Это неуважение к окружению Мы приехали вечером. Около 23 часов. Очень устали. заселились. Мы не переносим запах курева. Сразу написали это при бронировании. В итоге, через час, когда мы ложились спать, мы поняли, что в номере очень сильно запахло дымом. Было ощущение, что это курят прямо у нас. Вышли в коридор и увидели 2х пьяных мужчин, которые курили. Пошли на ресепшен. Сказал на ресепшен, что проблема. но девушка которая дежурила сказала, что ничего не может сделать. Да. Возможно. Хрупкая, милая девушка не может. Но она может вызвать полицию! Вы понимаете, что пьяные люди, которые свободно курят - это угроза для всего отеля!? А если они не потушат сигатеру? А если случится пожар. Это угрозы которые курильщики несут потенциально всему отелю! проблема в том, что вентиляция работает плохо плохо в отеле. И из-за этого в номере пахнет, хотя курят в коридоре. Мы поменяли номер. Девушка нас переселила. В 12 ночи. Вместо того, чтобы спать мы занимаемся этим. Ладно. Легли. Однако, в 3 часа ночи мы снова проснулись от сильного запаха курева. Просто кошмар как пахло. Вышли в коридор: около нашего номера стояли 3 пьяных мужика, и курили. Все 3. Они были такие пьяные, что еле стояли на ногах. Вообще не соображали ничего. Но курили. ❗❗Администрация отеля!! У вас проблемы! Если такие люди унут с сигаретой? Ведь будет пожар! Вы должны запрещать курить в здании! Всем! В России уже 10 лет действует закон, запрещающий курение в общественных местах. Если люди хотят курить - они делают это так, что остальные не видят и не страдают от дыма. И для нас дико, что люди, кто курит, вот так просто причиняют вред окружающим людям. Ещё и ночью! Это реальный дискомфорт! В отеле отдыхают семьи с детьми .чему вы их учите? В отеле Милан очень хорошие сотрудники. Такие милые администраторы. Все девушки очень хорошие. Чисто! Очень приветливые женщины, которые наводят порядок. Расположение хорошее. Вид из окна был хороший и красивый! Завтраки слабые. Невкусный завтрак. В 9 часов все продукты уже были холодные. Очень скудный набор продуктов. буду беспощадно снижать отелю оценку за то, что приехав в отель, вместо того, чтобы отдыхать, мы ходим по отелю и ищем номер, где не пахнет куревом! В 3 часа ночи просыпаемся от угара дымом, и начинаем проветривать комнату. Ещё стало смешно. Что утром у нас в комнате была летучая мышь 🙄🙄видимо пока проветривали ночью она прилетела. Так что вот такой опыт проживания. Отель мог бы получить твердую 4 или 5. Но больше 2 не могли поставить."

"在彭水出差偶然搜到這家民宿，看了風格獨特，讓我毫不猶豫的預訂探個究竟，來説下; 1、走進房間看着簡單，但是入住之後覺得特別放鬆，房間沒有一點裝修過的化學味道，讓我很舒服，晚上全是蟲蛙還有風鈴的聲音，對於我個人而言，聽了這些自然的聲音、有助眠作用； 2、民宿主人做了很多山上的草本葯食同源手工產品，有茶、中葯飲、護膚的，給我試了確實很天然無污染好東西； 3、咖啡茶自助都免費隨意泡喝、她們家農家菜真的很滋養人，除了放點鹽同自己種的調味料沒有加其他調料，很家常很新鮮，讓我胃大開，具老闆説她們沒去買過菜都是山上自給自足，炒菜喝的油都自己榨出來的； 4、早晚周圍散步特別舒服，感覺我擁有了整片大山，視野開闊，路上無人無車、偶爾看到當地種地的農民伯伯挖土放牛 這次民宿體驗不像是住酒店，給我感覺像是走親戚一樣 但是住宿又很温馨舒適，看着價格1千多有點貴，實際很多感受無法用這點錢來形容，下次一定還會去多住幾天，我個人強烈推薦！不喜歡安靜的我不建議選擇她家，她家處於沒有開發的山村，沒有一點商業痕跡 比較原始。"

Reception staff are helpful and friendly and we were able to communicate via Wechat and Deepl translation. The room exceeded expectations - it was spacious, clean and stylish with lovely cotton bedding and modern bath and shower. There was a kettle with tea and coffee and nice bath products. Breakfast was in a cafe just round the corner - a bowl of noodles with soya milk egg and rice soup or the option of fruit and pastries. Set me up for the day. Great value at £33 a night."
