This place is very comfortable. The air is so good that there is nothing to say. When you open the window in the morning, you will see green eyes. The mountains are quiet and you can hear insects and birds. The hotel hardware is good, there are some, the staff is also enthusiastic, and they laugh when they meet. The housekeeper Xiao Wang has a quick response to any needs. It will not be boring during the day. The hotel has arranged a lot of hand-made experiences, making incense cards, folding fans, printing, papermaking, and eight-section brocade and ceramic hand-made. If you don't want to do it, you can go to the gym to do activities, or make a cup of tea and sit in a daze. The air in the mountains is humid and the room is equipped with a dehumidifier, which is still very good. The room has a set of dinners, and the restaurant tastes very good. There is a stream nearby, which is very suitable for bringing a baby to play in the water. The baby doesn't want to leave. It is a place that can make people completely relax, and stay quietly for two days, and feel that the whole person has slowed down.

It was comfortable. Quiet, no one bothered. Ideal for relaxing alone or in a couple. The most beautiful view. The service was wonderful, they were very friendly and always ready to help. The only negative thing is that I arrived when the weather was bad😅

下着小雨的週末，和朋友一時興起想逃離城市喧囂，尋一處靜謐角落度過休閑假期，便想起了之前在 “廬江文旅” 被種草的稼圃集 —— 湯池田園客廳・稼圃集温泉藝術酒店，即刻收拾行囊出發。 從合肥自駕前往十分便捷，直接導航酒店名稱就能精準抵達，大堂門口設有專屬停車位，停車無憂。辦理入住後，工作人員貼心地帶領我們前往專屬獨棟小院，內外院落的佈局設計太戳人心，既保證了空間的開闊通透，又巧妙守護了私隱感。走進房間，驚喜接連不斷：配備的咖啡機能隨時沖泡香醇飲品，浴缸可卸下一身疲憊，而戴森吹風機與金可兒床墊的配置，更是處處彰顯着對高品質體驗的追求。樓頂還設有私湯池，可惜目前暫未接入温泉水，默默期待後續完善。 入住時酒店贈送了兩張稻米研學館的門票，這座由 “雜交水稻之父” 袁隆平院士親筆題名的場館，承載着深厚的稻米文化底藴。本以為這裏更適合帶着小朋友體驗研學，沒想到我們兩個大朋友，也在金黃稻田邊追隨着 “禾下中國夢” 的足跡，玩得不亦樂乎，沉浸式感受農耕文化的魅力。 稻田咖啡絕對是此行的意外之喜。它或許沒有廬江另一家咖啡店的高名氣，但消費體驗絲毫不遜色。原木色調的簡約裝修，搭配自然光影，文藝氛圍感直接拉滿。點上一杯招牌 “天泉米咖”，大米的清甜與咖啡的濃醇在舌尖完美交融，獨特的口感與風味讓人沉醉其中，靜靜坐着就很愜意。 味蕾的滿足交給了念丘山餐廳，這裏的食材均取材於田間地頭，秉持 “以簡馭鮮” 的烹飪理念，最大程度還原食物本味。醬排軟爛入味，每一口都裹着濃郁醬汁；小炒肉的辣椒辣得過癮，盲猜就是餐廳門口院子裏自種的，鮮辣十足；西藍花清爽可口，被我一人承包精光。最讓人難忘的是這裏的米飯，顆粒飽滿、香氣撲鼻，煮得恰到好處，軟糯彈牙，莫非是今年稻田剛收割的新米？住宿套餐還包含兩份中式早餐，現煮的牛肉麪湯汁濃郁、麪條勁道，暖呼呼地吃一碗，渾身都舒坦。 晚飯後，我們前往附近的一號泉泡温泉，温熱的泉水包裹全身，驅散了秋日的微涼與旅途疲憊，舒適感爆棚。真心期盼酒店能儘快完善樓頂私湯的温泉接入，那樣便能在這裏實現 “住宿、遊玩、餐飲、泡湯” 一站式打卡，徹底沉醉在這份秋日鬆弛感裏，無需奔波就能度過完美週末。

前台服務非常好，小姐姐很親切，走的時候還送了雞蛋~ 叫車服務不是很方便，從住宿去農場雖然不遠，但是小朋友不想走路，就一輛景觀車，司機還經常有事。 因為住過齊雲山自由家樹屋，對比起來這邊性價比不算太高，就是離合肥近，方便開車來玩，希望農場還能開發更多小朋友玩的活動，現在跟農家樂也沒啥太大區別。 樹屋住的環境還是不錯的，就是沒有電視……

We booked for 7 days and could only stay for one night. The location was just too far from where we planned to go every day. The hotel staff were very understanding and helpful in contacting Trip.com to get the refund started for the remaining days. Breakfast was copious and varied. We were just too late on the evening to have dinner on the restaurant.

The hotel is quite out of dated and needs some renovations. It has an onsite restaurant and the food was great. The staffs were generally friendly.

Recientemente tuve la oportunidad de alojarme en este hotel nuevo que, aunque tiene un gran potencial, aún necesita trabajar en varios aspectos para ofrecer una experiencia verdaderamente memorable a sus huéspedes. Las instalaciones son modernas y atractivas, lo que fue una grata sorpresa a nuestra llegada. Sin embargo, nos encontramos con que algunas de estas no funcionaban correctamente. El diseño del lugar es atractivo, pero eso no es suficiente si los servicios prometidos no se cumplen. El Servicio al cliente es, sin duda, el área que más requiere atención. Si bien el personal es amable, se nota que necesita más entrenamiento para manejar las necesidades de los huéspedes de manera eficiente. La falta de experiencia se tradujo en demoras y confusiones, especialmente en la gestión de nuestras solicitudes. El desayuno no cumplió con nuestras expectativas. Aunque es un servicio básico, la variedad y calidad de los alimentos eran bastante pobres. Esperábamos mucho más de un hotel de esta categoría. A lo largo de nuestra estancia, las instalaciones estaban frías, lo que hizo que la experiencia fuera incómoda. Un ambiente cálido es fundamental para disfrutar plenamente de lo que el hotel tiene para ofrecer. Uno de los principales atractivos que nos llevó a elegir este hotel fue la oferta de un servicio de barbacoa. Lamentablemente, esta experiencia no estuvo a la altura de nuestras expectativas y fue decepcionante. Dado que el hotel estaba prácticamente vacío, solicitamos un upgrade que considerábamos justo para compensar algunas de las deficiencias de nuestra estancia. Sin embargo, no nos fue posible, aduciendo problemas de agua caliente, lo cual fue frustrante. En definitiva, el hotel tiene un lugar bonito y buenas instalaciones, pero urgentemente necesita mejorar en varios aspectos, sobre todo en la formación del personal y garantizar que los servicios prometidos estén disponibles y funcionando. Si se enfocan en estos detalles, podría ser un destino que valga la pena visitar. Espero que estas áreas puedan mejorar, ya que el potencial es innegable.

I recently stayed at this brand new hotel, and it was fantastic! The service was excellent, with attentive staff who made us feel right at home. The surroundings are breathtaking—just an hour from Hefei, this tranquil oasis is perfect for disconnecting and immersing oneself in nature. Families will love the variety of activities available, including a playground, water features, and scenic walking and biking paths. The only suggestion I have is to swap out the noisy gasoline karts for more eco-friendly options to enhance the peaceful ambiance. Overall, this hotel is a hidden gem that I highly recommend for a refreshing getaway! Can’t wait to return!
