"入住前在各平台刷到一些差評讓我很忐忑，給家人做了很多鋪墊「可能民宿環境有點勉強，忍一忍！」辦入住時前台小姐姐的服務非常nice，有一絲安慰到，接着進房間之後就是非常意外，很乾凈温馨！我家孩子奶奶是出門要住四星以上酒店的潔癖人士，進門後跟我説了句很有哲理的話「不要看網上説什麼，一定要自己親身感受才是真實。」 ps：整個阿爾山供電有限，酒店沒有空調是可以理解的，房間裏給配了小米電加熱器，我們入住是帶隔斷家庭套房，我和孩子阿姨住裡間插電取暖很暖和，孩子爸爸和奶奶住外間沒插電暖氣，每人多要了床棉被，孩子奶奶説好像他們小時候冬天冷但是被窩裡暖暖的，睡了一個好覺。"

"The twin room experience was superb, the two single beds were moderate in size, the mattress was just soft and hard, the two people slept without disturbing each other, and the quality of sleep was very high. "I am a young Englishman on a 20 day solo self-drive road trip across northern Heilongjian and Inner Mongolia. After my stay in Hulun Buir, I decided to drive down to Arxan for 2 nights exploring. I booked this stay based off of the other foreign guests' positive experience. I arrived in the town late in the evening. The boss was waiting for me and was attentive and welcoming from the start. The room is very spacious and comfortable, and the temperature was just right. Everything is provided and replaced when needed. After hiking in the national park, I came back to the boss and his extended family making CNY preparations. Then I was invited to drink Chinese tea (Dian Hong) at their tea table. I was then welcomed to eat with the family, drink beer and eat until I was full. I was welcomed not just as a guest of theirs, but as a family friend. In mid-winter, Aershan/Arxan is a quiet and cold place. I came as part of a long journey taking my rented 4x4 Tank 300 through the snow and ice on routes apart of the Hulun Buir Snow and Ice Festival. My journey was peaceful, solemn and isolated. The hospitality and warm welcome was exactly what I needed after my long drive alone and it is a memory I will take home to the UK with me. I highly recommend this guesthouse, especially if you are travelling solo across this wilderness. Thank you brother.
