"Keyla Hotel exceeded all my expectations. Although it's a newly opened hotel, every detail has been carefully thought out. The moment you step into the lobby, you can feel the quality of the hotel. Its location in Lara and the magnificent view it offers are additional advantages. One of the things that impressed us the most was the staff's attentiveness and hospitality. We'd like to extend a big thank you to Mr. Hasan, the Service Manager, who assisted us with everything. I'd also like to specifically mention Mr. Yunus and Mr. Mehmet. Their attentiveness, cheerful demeanor, and helpfulness were truly outstanding. They fulfilled almost all our requests with great care. The hotel's cuisine also definitely deserves praise. The food was both delicious and prepared with high-quality ingredients. On my next visit to Antalya, I will undoubtedly choose Keyla Hotel again. I wholeheartedly recommend it."

"Mooi hotel met beperkte functionaliteit van mijn airconditioning. Twee uur gewerkt en daarna automatisch uitgeschakeld. Vertelde het personeel, geen remedie. Airco kon de kamertemperatuur niet naar een comfortabel niveau verlagen, maar het was warm buiten (41 ° C). Liften gingen tijdens mijn week verschillende keren kapot. Liften gingen niet helemaal naar de t****e verdieping Afgezien van deze problemen, is het personeel van het restaurant en de zwembadbar super. "We stayed at the hotel in August 2026. It was my first time in Antalya, and I spent a long time choosing a hotel. I really liked the voco hotel; it's clean and modern. The hotel positions itself as a premium yet accessible and flexible accommodation option, combining the reliability of a global brand with individuality and comfort. We arrived late due to flight delays. We pulled up to the hotel (we had pre-booked a transfer from the airport, not through the hotel – by the way, you can also book a paid transfer at the hotel). As we approached, a staff member met us outside, took our luggage, and escorted us to reception. Check-in was very quick, and we were shown to our room on the 5th floor. The room was good and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, and the linen was spotless. There were paid drinks in the fridge. We had a city and sea view, and there was a balcony. The bathroom had excellent toiletries and crisp, clean towels. There was shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion. If you plan a long stay at this hotel, you don't need to bring anything; everything is provided. There's an iron, ironing board, and a capsule coffee machine. Everything was clean and comfortable throughout. In the morning, we went for breakfast. Breakfast is until 10:00 AM. There was everything you could need for breakfast: delicious coffee, orange juice, lots of vegetables, greens, pastries, two types of porridge, and fruit. You could also order omelets and pancakes. We really enjoyed the breakfast. The hotel has a swimming pool with sun loungers. It's all very pleasant and comfortable. There's also a spa area on the -1 floor. The sea is about 7-10 minutes away. There are many spots with paid sun loungers, around 300 Lira. Locals just use umbrellas on the beach. The beach is fine pebbles, and entering the sea is comfortable. The sea is clean and very warm. There's a very long promenade, great for evening strolls. Many cafes, restaurants, and shops. The hotel's location is excellent, quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend this hotel! We extended our vacation by a few more days and didn't hesitate to extend our stay at the same hotel. I also recommend trips with Karmet Travel, run by the Russian-speaking Mahmoud, located not far from the hotel. We had excellent experiences on three excursions."

"Our stay was absolutely outstanding! The apartment was spotless, elegant, and incredibly comfortable — every detail felt premium. The atmosphere was calm and luxurious, making it the perfect place to relax. A huge thank you to Erkin and Yakup for their warm hospitality and professionalism. "Hallo! Het hotel en het personeel zijn fantastisch. De uitstekende locatie en de aangename sfeer geven deze plek een gevoel van rust en sereniteit! Het ontbijt in het gelijknamige restaurant is gevarieerd en heerlijk: soep, hoofdgerecht, groenten en zoetigheden. De koffie, zowel vers gefilterd als uit de koffiemachine, is heerlijk. Ik ben dol op het hotelterrein: er is een fitnessruimte, een zwembad, ligstoelen en een bar. Ik kan het zeker aan iedereen aanbevelen! Ik zal zeker weer kamers in dit hotel boeken als ik terugkom! "We have rather mixed feelings about the place. First impressions are good, the hotel is in a nice historic building, personnel is friendly and rooms are quite big. However it'd need a renovation already, small bits here or there are broken in the bathroom and nobody seems to care (towel holder, shower handle, shower door makes a huge popping noise every time you close it, warm water takes ages to arrive etc), in one of the rooms they forgot to put large towels, the breakfast definitely wouldn't worth it (we luckily didn't pay for it but went to check the breakfast and it's mediocre at best, there are much better places around for a little more money). The biggest gripe was the extremely noisy old town street right under the window, people went home shouting all night, there was a big fight also just around the corner at 2 a.m., then street cleaning and finally trash delivery early morning... So we didn't sleep much at all. And there was a free parking in theory but our 7-seater van didn't fit there. It was fine for one evening but we definitely wouldn't have liked to stay another night."

"The gym was pretty ****, you can't call that a gym. It's a ******* joke. Another thing that was bad was the breakfast buffet, not impressed at all. I am surprised how this hotel is a 4-star hotel. Another thing that was bad was the lighting in the room, it feels so dark in there. ALSO THE ROOM DID NOT HAVE A TRASHBIN other than one in the toilet!!! "This resort is absolutely massive, and they do an excellent job of keeping it spotless. The facilities are impressive, with multiple swimming pools and a beautiful private beach. The overall aesthetic of the place is quite charming, and we especially enjoyed the water park it was a highlight of our stay. The buffet offered a wide range of options, and the food quality was consistently good. That said, I’m giving this resort a four-star rating for a few key reasons. Firstly, communication was a major challenge. The majority of the staff do not speak or understand English, which made even simple requests difficult. We had to rely on the Client Relationship team for any assistance, as they were the only ones who could help us in English. Another issue that affected our comfort significantly was the climate control. We visited in May when the temperature was around 20°C and felt unusually hot indoors. Strangely, the air conditioning wasn't working they had the heating on instead. We found it really uncomfortable, and it made it hard to rest or sleep in our room. Additionally, the quality of the towels could be improved, and the mattress was extremely firm, which again affected our ability to sleep well. It’s surprising for a resort of this scale not to offer late checkout even when rooms are clearly available which felt unnecessarily rigid. If the management addresses these concerns especially language accessibility, climate control, and overall guest comfort, this place could easily become a five-star destination. Despite these setbacks, we still had an enjoyable time overall."
