"這次入住體驗真的超棒！從踏入酒店大堂開始，就被温馨雅緻的環境吸引了，前台小姐姐辦理入住又快又熱情，還貼心介紹了周邊的好去處。 房間特別乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒服，睡得格外香。浴室熱水充足，洗漱用品也很精緻。早上的自助餐種類豐富，味道也很贊，能看出用心。 最驚喜的是服務細節，客房阿姨每天打掃得很仔細，地理位置也很方便，去景點或商圈都不遠。 總之性價比超高，下次來還會選這裏"

"設施：雲鏡酒店風格類似三亞亞龍灣的鳥巢酒店， 設施比較齊全，房間裝修用材和軟裝搭配都很好，入住之後感覺處處都很精緻。 衞生：乾淨整潔，一塵不染，沒有衞生死角，床鋪也非常乾淨舒適。 環境：酒店位於地勢高的那個村子，環境很好，可以全方位觀景，特別是看日出，可以不用去觀景台，直接在房間露台看日出。酒店旁邊有三個觀景台，都很近。因為這次行程問題，我們退掉了第二天晚上的民宿，衹在扎尕那住了一晚，幸好選擇了雲鏡酒店，讓我們扎尕那之行有了很好的體驗。 服務：服務也很好，路上就加了管家小楊微信，給我們耐心的指路，辦理入住後，非常熱心的幫我們拿行李，因為有些高反的原因，連隨手提的袋子都是管家幫忙提的，入住期間有任何問題，小楊管家都耐心的第一時間回覆，還給我們推薦遊玩線路，特別用心。 最後，唯一一點不好的體驗是，一大早6點多就被叔叔阿姨們木棧道上重重的腳步聲説話聲吵醒，推門看，原來是在我們房間露台拍照，希望大家出門遊玩儘量不要影響到別人，也請酒店做出提醒。"

"We were really lucky to book this hotel as foreign travellers. They had a lady on hand who could speak both German and English and with her, we were able to get transport to Gamu (?) Lake, after the taxi driver she arranged for earler suddenly decided he wanted more money, as we were on our way there. They had lunch with my Wife and I and shared delicious Yak meat with us, before sending us to the lake. 10/10 experience. Great people, very kind and exceptionally helpful.
