The room is small but exquisite, clean, with a small kitchen and a washing machine. It is a good choice for business trips. It is in the ambassador area of ​​Accra, a safe area, and there is a supermarket within one kilometer. The price is high.

Had a little staycation at this place and it was lit. This is definitely a hidden gem in Accra. With the peace and everything feels like you’re outside the busyness in Accra. Lunch was on point. Beautiful event space, and we really enjoyed our stay.

We were definitely surprised to find a gem at the end of a dusty, rocky road. We were greeted upon arrival and led to a VERY spacious room that had a balcony overlooking the lush grounds. It was lovely to look out through the coconut palms and see the stretch of sand for a very long way. We had fresh fish, prawns and lobster - even the tomatoes tasted so sweet and flavorful. The highlight of the meals were the Ghanaian specialties. I felt like there was an auntie in the kitchen blending spices and secrets to plate our meals everyday. The hotel is adjacent to a beach that non-guests pay a small fee to enter. I imagine it wold be crowded and littered and out of control were it not for this gatekeeper. As a hotel guest, my quick boat ride was free. The beach was fairly empty when I went, which I was glad for. There were not any chaise loungers but the attendant quickly put a chair under a thatch hut . I was offered a menu but did not eat anything while on the beach. There were no annoying vendors which was a huge PLUS; only a horseback rider who kept it moving when I declined. The sunrise, and the sunset couldn't have been more beautiful. Hats off to the hotel servers (Carol, Linda) and the cooks, they made sure that the food was always worth waiting for. Don't be in a hurry, just relax with a glass of wine and the Afrobeats playing through the ocean breeze. Even the housekeepers, Janet and Grace, were super sweet and conscientious going out of their way to do our laundry as our luggage was delayed. Thank you to the owner for helping arrange many trips to the airport to try to recover our luggage. The managers were extremely accommodating, even offered us a bottle of wine to take away our troubles upon arrival. It was a stay to remember.

It is located in the Centre of Accra. The staff are friendly but May only treat you “as good as you’re dressed”. I had a pleasant time nonetheless.

My 14 days quarantine experience at this Hill View Hotel at McCarthy Hill has been like a well planned, excellent vacation needed after a long flight to Ghana, in the mist of a pandemic. I feel safe, well nourished, rested and so 'spoiled' by the whole team caring for my stay in these challenging times. My meals are always cooked and served hot; they include daily breakfast, lunch & dinner. *I will encourage travelers going to Ghana, secure your place at Hill View Hotels for the best experience. One is located at McCarthy Hill and the other at West Airport area, all under the same management, a family owned hotel business. *Please, make sure that you don't confuse Hill View Hotels with any other name(s). I thank Hill View Hotels management for taking me in for my required 14 days quarantine by Ghana immigration authorities and turning it into a pleasant and nourishing experience for me. Retail Banking Council Africa co-hosted our executive council meeting with Fidelity Bank Ghana over 2 days at the Labadi Beach Hotel. The venue was amazing, the staff were courteous, friendly and extremely attentive to detail, especially Mavis Adutwumwaa-Opoku, the Banqueting Co-ordinator who attended to our every need. The atmosphere, food and facilities were excellent and I would highly recommend this venue for both business and pleasure. High marks all around to the wonderful, friendly and helpful staff, too many to mention individually.

Accra is a very cost-effective business hotel. The restaurant in the hotel is made of Western food, which is more in line with Chinese tastes. The room is not small and quite spacious. The security work of the hotel is also very good.
