Stay somewhere else like Discovery or The Lind! This hotel is very cheap and not even close to being trendy, the food, the service, the decor, everything. The room smelled horribly of mold. The towel guard will absolutely refuse to give you more than one even though all the lounge chairs are stained and dirty, even after he changed it to a “fresh” one. The hotel will remind you 3X the checkout time (leaving you with the impression they really want you out). Food is quite mediocre on top and they only allow 1 coffee at breakfast and rush you to finish your food by 10, as any leftovers on your plate will result in a charge. Very stingy. And lastly, they will do nothing proactive to get you from the airport to the hotel which is extremely complicated if you’re a foreigner as it involves 2 cars and a boat. They never asked, e-mail or call, if I wanted a transfer nor warned me the complexity in getting to the hotel. They didn’t reply to emails either asking if I could have a transfer. And when finally they answered the phone they told me it absolutely wasn’t possible as it has to be requested 3 days in advance, which a guest would need to be psychic to know because it’s not stated anywhere upon or after booking.
