I had 1day and 1night stay. And i really love the way they treated me. The hotel staff are so nice. Very approciatable. And the general manager treats guests equally. I would love to stay here again soon. I’m so happy I choose this hotel. Thank you for making people happy while staying in your hotel♥️. I will rate this hotel 5stars! Very excellent! Thank you!☺️

Amazing stay at Feliz! The staff were accommodating and very sweet. All of them played their parts in making our stay a special one.
Feliz boasts La Plaza, which is in front of the lobby and has amazing nightlife music. While it may be slightly noisy at night for some, it's definitely negligble and ceases around 11pm. After which it's very silent.
The breakfast buffet was amazing as well with a good range of selection. Location-wise, it was very convenient to get around and had many great bites and souvenir stores just a short walk away.
The airport transfer was clean and dependable as well.
Thank you Feliz! We would definitely recommend this hotel to the picky and to those wanting a luxury experience at a good price.

The hotel was very good. We have enjoyed our stay so much. The room was very spacious and clean. The staff were all so nice and the breakfast is also good. We frequently visit boracay and this is our first time staying here at Feliz Hotel and will probably come back here again. Please avoid Henann crystal, bad room and service.

This is bad experience to us. It was our first time to assigned in PWD room. There’s no mirror in the room, only in the CR. As per the staff, they will transfer us to other room but when we comeback from outside, they did not informed us if we will transfer or not. Requested duplicate keycard is not working to open the door. They said that they will give another keycard, until we check out, we didn’t received keycard and we didn’t transfer to other room.🙄😡

I had high expectations from what I seen from the photos before booking, unforgettable those expectations were not met.
Pros -
1) Location is perfect..Right in the centre of it all, a few steps away from.the white beaches, close to all the restaurants and shops
2) very friendly staff, there to help out in anyway and always greeted a with a smile 😃
Con-
1) Breakfast option was.. I don't know to be honest, if you're not used to eating Filipino food then this menu is not for you, it's mainly rice, sausages, dried fish, and a very limited amout of fresh fruit options it's either watermelon or Pineapple.
It's an island full of fresh mango, coconuts etc. They should at least give that as an option.
Juice is not fresh juice, it comes from a packet so when it'd diluted with is it just take like ice water.
2) Room locating and view- we got a view of a white wall when we opened the blinds, and the outside view is no better.
3) Rooftop pool view is somewhat blocked by another's hotel air conditioning. The view wasn't the best
Overall the experience was standard 4 ⭐️

The hotel is at a great location in the middle of everything. Easy access to all activities, restaurants and nightlife. The hotel itself JS good and clean and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I did enjoy the breakfast changing style every day for variation.

All staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel has really nice location, it's just nearby D'mall. The swimming pool is small but lovely.
