Because the thunderstorm weather Sydney Airport was all closed, the hotel was urgently fixed that night, but it was really worth it! High cost performance, large room, large terrace, kitchen utensils, can cook, but the cooking fumes are careful, the fire alarm will ring, we will sound 2 alarms when cooking, there is a hotel security officer I ran up to see the situation and didn't say anything. We felt very embarrassed. I can eat on the terrace (Figure 1-2), and my mom gave a hearty breakfast (Figure 4). The B1 floor of the hotel elevator is the food supermarket (Figure 4). It is quite big, the dishes are very fresh, and you can do it by buying a round-trip hotel room downstairs. There is a passage at the entrance of the food supermarket. It is the road, and the road is just opposite Bondi Beach. It is very close.

The apartment hotel has three floors. The ground floor is the reception hall, and the first and second floors are rooms. The location of the hotel apartment is superior. The businesses on both sides of the street downstairs include supermarkets, fruit and vegetable markets, massage shops, restaurants and bars, and some clothing stores. Less than 10 minutes walk to Bondi Beach. If you don't drive, there are buses to bondi junction and city around. The room is fully furnished and there are no laundry facilities. There are tea making facilities and a microwave. Poor room sound insulation is one of the common problems in Australia. There is no solution to this question. Check-in on weekends will be noisy before twelve o'clock in the evening, because the business and people in the building are relatively dense.

My family of 4 stayed in room 10, a two bedroom apartment for 3 nights at a cost of over $900/night. Where to begin? My interaction with Vickie who arranged for our early checkin was entirely positive. The bathroom was clean, modern and quite well designed, though the towel rail required repositioning. The view of Bondi beach was terrific. The second bedroom outlook was a wall one metre from our window (window opened only 200mm) with a stormwater pipe outlet. The room had no air conditioning duct and no ceiling fan. In an apartment with 2 bedrooms I would expect more than one two seater lounge and a very uncomfortable arm chair, yet these were the living room furnishings. The kitchen area was reasonably well equipped and clean yet the 4 dining chairs could not be set up around the circular table due to lack of space. There are no complimentary streaming services - guests must stream from their own devices via the television. The living spaces are simply dysfunctional. Disappointed does not come close when trying to find words for our experience at Bondi 38. Having vacationed at many sites all over I feel we have been fleeced. This accommodation advertises itself as 'luxury accommodation' - most certainly it is not. The owners of this business consider position/view is sufficient to charge such tariffs - place yourselves with family in such a space to fully appreciate our underwhelming experience.

We stayed for two night at the Ultimate Apartments Bondi Beach as part of our self organised tour of Australia The welcome was warm , the staff helpful and the room clean and equipped with a fridge, cutlery , microwave and hot plate be aware that the reception is not 24 hours WiFi (Free) was good The hotel do not serve breakfast Parking is Free parking Pool on site is very sheltered and a sun trap providing a welcomed dip after a day on your feet The hotel generously allowed us to check out 90 minutes late after using the pool plus get changed later in the day in the bag room having left the car on site Short term downside is the noise from local building works Would happily use this hotel again on any future visit – however would not book via Agoda as the transaction failed the credit card security requiring a very expensive call back to the credit card company in the UK to resolve the issue and release the locked down card ( this issue also occurred on the other booking I had with Agoda ) we ate at ... Piza Roma Italian food – one block back from front on Cerlewis street (good food and value ) ... Bavarian - on the front – Stitzel was the best in Australia ... plus Iceberg’s – where you can meet the second hand celebrities with a view of the bay to die for Ten minutes walk - bus 333 on front provides to access Sydney ( using a credit card to tap on / off about $7 / day ) In Sydney – ... either lunch or dinner I can recommend the ship inn on circular Quay pizza $10 at lunch time ... within walking distance of circular quay all the main sights including ... ... the anzac memorial – 11 oo for the last post ... ... parliament (NSW)– free tour ... ... Government house ( the governors residence ) located in the excellent Botanical gardens ... .... Opera house ... Plus from circular Quay ( ferry part of the tap on / off public transport system ) ... ... ferry service the navy museum in Darling harbour under the harbour bridge ... ... the ferry to Manley beach – have lunch and relax and watch the surfers if you have a car ... visit Watson bay - charming – you can also take the tourist ferry to Sydney from here ... plus a little further out are two National trust properties ( UK National trust members have free access by presenting their UK membership card – and our experience always receive a very warm welcome) ... ... Newly renovated, good health, eating out of a commercial street, supermarket is very convenient. Don't set the ground floor. The bar below is closed at four in the morning! There are many people. We don't make any noise on the second floor, and the first floor is noisier! Overall good, will come again in the future!

I’ll start with the positive, the woman on reception was really friendly and polite. That was it. The room was absolutely disgusting, I had to swat about 5 mosquitoes, and the walls were covered in squished bugs from previous tenants. The room itself was tiny, the ‘en suite’ was like Harry Potter’s bedroom. Sheets were just thrown on the bed and we had to put them ourselves (boo hoo). No towels were provided. The beds were made of concrete. The walls were paper thin and unbelievably co**** which when getting down from the bunkbed I grazed my arm. Other tenants just pile out into the street making the place look so uninviting. I feel sorry for actual residents on that street it must be hell. In the reception area, they left the dirty laundry basket that was FILLED with bloody tissues just out in the open for guests to see. If you want a good night sleep don’t go here. If you want to just listen to loud club music against your will maybe this is the place for you.

Very enjoyable hostel as a solo traveller. I stayed 11 nights and could have easily stayed more. The hostel has lots of events which makes it very easy to meet other travellers. There is also a bar located next door that has good deals for hostel stayers. Only 1 minute walk from the beach and you can easily visit other beached such as Bronte, Coogee which are within walking distance. Only slight downside is that it's about a 25 minute public transport into the city via trains and buses.

Gorgeous rooms and lovely staff. We had a fantastic stay, the location is second to none. We loved waking up and heading out for a morning run and swim, ducking across the road to dive in the ocean and then heading up to the bar for a cocktail. Restaurant staff looked after us and gave us a fantastic table on the balcony with a view as we were guests. Many reviews mentioned noise but we had no issue with noise at all (we were in the King Suite). As soon as the balcony doors to the room were shut we were fine.

The beds were made of concrete. The walls were paper thin and unbelievably co**** which when getting down from the bunkbed I grazed my arm. Other tenants just pile out into the street making the place look so uninviting. I feel sorry for actual residents on that street it must be hell. In the reception area, they left the dirty laundry basket that was FILLED with bloody tissues just out in the open for guests to see. If you want a good night sleep don’t go here. If you want to just listen to loud club music against your will maybe this is the place for you.

The businesses on both sides of the street downstairs include supermarkets, fruit and vegetable markets, massage shops, restaurants and bars, and some clothing stores. Less than 10 minutes walk to Bondi Beach. If you don't drive, there are buses to bondi junction and city around. The room is fully furnished and there are no laundry facilities. There are tea making facilities and a microwave. Poor room sound insulation is one of the common problems in Australia. There is no solution to this question. Check-in on weekends will be noisy before twelve o'clock in the evening, because the business and people in the building are relatively dense.

My family of 4 stayed in room 10, a two bedroom apartment for 3 nights at a cost of over $900/night. Where to begin? My interaction with Vickie who arranged for our early checkin was entirely positive. The bathroom was clean, modern and quite well designed, though the towel rail required repositioning. The view of Bondi beach was terrific. The second bedroom outlook was a wall one metre from our window (window opened only 200mm) with a stormwater pipe outlet. The room had no air conditioning duct and no ceiling fan. In an apartment with 2 bedrooms I would expect more than one two seater lounge and a very uncomfortable arm chair, yet these were the living room furnishings. The kitchen area was reasonably well equipped and clean yet the 4 dining chairs could not be set up around the circular table due to lack of space. There are no complimentary streaming services - guests must stream from their own devices via the television. The living spaces are simply dysfunctional. Disappointed does not come close when trying to find words for our experience at Bondi 38. Having vacationed at many sites all over I feel we have been fleeced. This accommodation advertises itself as 'luxury accommodation' - most certainly it is not. The owners of this business consider position/view is sufficient to charge such tariffs - place yourselves with family in such a space to fully appreciate our underwhelming experience.

Because the thunderstorm weather Sydney Airport was all closed, the hotel was urgently fixed that night, but it was really worth it! High cost performance, large room, large terrace, kitchen utensils, can cook, but the cooking fumes are careful, the fire alarm will ring, we will sound 2 alarms when cooking, there is a hotel security officer I ran up to see the situation and didn't say anything. We felt very embarrassed. I can eat on the terrace (Figure 1-2), and my mom gave a hearty breakfast (Figure 4). The B1 floor of the hotel elevator is the food supermarket (Figure 4). It is quite big, the dishes are very fresh, and you can do it by buying a round-trip hotel room downstairs. There is a passage at the entrance of the food supermarket. It is the road, and the road is just opposite Bondi Beach. It is very close.

I’ll start with the positive, the woman on reception was really friendly and polite. That was it. The room was absolutely disgusting, I had to swat about 5 mosquitoes, and the walls were covered in squished bugs from previous tenants. The room itself was tiny, the ‘en suite’ was like Harry Potter’s bedroom. Sheets were just thrown on the bed and we had to put them ourselves (boo hoo). No towels were provided. We stayed for two night at the Ultimate Apartments Bondi Beach as part of our self organised tour of Australia The welcome was warm , the staff helpful and the room clean and equipped with a fridge, cutlery , microwave and hot plate be aware that the reception is not 24 hours WiFi (Free) was good The hotel do not serve breakfast Parking is Free parking Pool on site is very sheltered and a sun trap providing a welcomed dip after a day on your feet The hotel generously allowed us to check out 90 minutes late after using the pool plus get changed later in the day in the bag room having left the car on site Short term downside is the noise from local building works Would happily use this hotel again on any future visit – however would not book via Agoda as the transaction failed the credit card security requiring a very expensive call back to the credit card company in the UK to resolve the issue and release the locked down card ( this issue also occurred on the other booking I had with Agoda ) we ate at ... Piza Roma Italian food – one block back from front on Cerlewis street (good food and value ) ... Bavarian - on the front – Stitzel was the best in Australia ... plus Iceberg’s – where you can meet the second hand celebrities with a view of the bay to die for Ten minutes walk - bus 333 on front provides to access Sydney ( using a credit card to tap on / off about $7 / day ) In Sydney – ... either lunch or dinner I can recommend the ship inn on circular Quay pizza $10 at lunch time ... within walking distance of circular quay all the main sights including ... ... the anzac memorial – 11 oo for the last post ... ... parliament (NSW)– free tour ... ... Government house ( the governors residence ) located in the excellent Botanical gardens ... .... Opera house ...
