"Hotel Villa Daniela is very well located in Bol. Our room was very small, so it was a bit cramped with two carry-on suitcases. The bathroom was big enough for that. The room was clean, but the air conditioning kept turning on and off (we don't know where the temperature sensor was in the room), which made the room very warm at times. In general, the facilities are a bit old, but the hotel is clean, the staff is very friendly and the breakfast is very good."

"The pool and beach facilities are good, and the animation team deserves real praise – they were friendly, energetic, and great with children. Most staff outside of reception were polite and welcoming, which we appreciated. The hotel is very well located between Zlatni Rat and Bol with a nice promenade running between the two. Unfortunately, those positives were outweighed by serious service issues. The air conditioning in our room was broken for two nights, despite raising the issue four separate times. Reception failed to act promptly or with urgency. A replacement room was only offered late at night on the second day, which wasn’t feasible with small children already asleep, and no fan was ever delivered as promised. The issue was only finally fixed after escalation to the general manager — well over 40 hours after the original complaint. The management’s handling of the situation was dismissive and at times unprofessional. A partial discount was offered, but it didn’t reflect the disruption or discomfort we experienced. Even more concerning, when I raised how unwelcome we felt, the manager responded with an inappropriate reference to xenophobia, which was entirely uncalled for and deeply unprofessional. Food and drink were also a letdown. Breakfast is decent if you go early, but if you arrive later, many dishes (like shakshuka, waffles, and French toast) are not restocked. Dinner was consistently poor — food was very heavily salted, and even basic quality was lacking. While the beer on tap was good (help yourself Lowenbrau), the wine and soft drinks were of poor quality, which left us dining outside the resort on multiple evenings - not ideal for an All Inclusive. It’s worth noting that the resort is very much tailored to German and Austrian guests. We were aware of this on booking, but still expected it to be slightly more multicultural or welcoming to a broader international clientele. This was a subtle but consistent theme we picked up on during our stay. The resort has some good facilities and potential, but the lack of guest care, the poor dining experience, and the handling of legitimate complaints left us feeling let down. We would not return nor recommend."

Location is incredibly close to the harbour front (less than 5 min walk) and the hotel had everything we needed as a family with some great views. Hotel has the potential to be the best in Bol ! "A memorable and unique experience in Bol. We were greeted with a fresh homemade lemonade at the reception upon arrival. We sat and relax for a while at the same time admiring the deco and the historical pictures of Bol on the wall. At the same lobby we had a few cocktails in the evening. Breakfast was served on the outdoor terrace with sea views. It was very special and delicious with plenty of choice including homemade cakes and fresh fruits. Hot breakfast was served a la carte on the our table. The property has a hidden garden on the back with sunloungers on the natural grass. The best feature of this hotel are the staff. Their attentiveness and kindness make you feel at home from day 1. We cannot recommend the property enough tho anyone looking for a quality stay in Bol."

"Groot hotel dat bestaat uit meerdere gebouwen. Wij zaten in kamer 602, deze kamer is recent gerenoveerd en mooi ingericht. Badkaner beschikt over een regendouche. Ruim balkon met zitje, voor het balkon staat een grote boom dus je had helaas onderbroken zee-en zwembadzicht. Het hotel beschikt over 2 zwembaden met ligbedden en parasols. Wij waren er in mei en toen waren er voldoende ligbedden. Het hotel ligt op loopafstand van het strand en 10 minuutjes lopen naar het bekende Zlatni Rat strsnd. Als je de andere kant op loopt, dan loop je via een wandelpromenade naar Bol. Je verblijft op basis van voloension plus, dit vetekent dat het drinken tijdens het avondeten is inbegrepen. Het restaurant is ruim met een groot overdekt terras. Er is voor ieder wat wils qua eten. Al hed het eten wat warmer gemogen, veel was lauw. Wij verbleven hier 3 machren in mei. In het hoogseizoen is dit hotel voor ons te massaal. Maar het is zeker een asnrader."

"Very conveniently located in the middle between the beach golden horn and the embankment with restaurants. There is a small pool and area at the pool. Good breakfast. The room for one is very convenient, only lack of a roast at bed, shampoo and shower gel are provided. Sweet little balcony, even there is a glass of wine, but I learned about it late, so the wine on the balcony couldn't drink. So I'll come back. Very nice town of Bol, I didn't want to leave."

"This is a very nice suites type of hotel located basically on the Zlatni rat beach itself which is a huge bonus. The accommodations are spacious, clean and look good although not great with mine having some issues with water pressure for shower. Parking of cars is charged extra and they need to let you in a ramp thats 200 m away which can take a bit. Service was good, very helpful with any kind of request but a bit slow at the check-in. All together a very good acommodation on an excellent location."

"I stayed at this hotel for a week, and overall I would say the experience did not match what I would expect from a 5-star hotel. The hotel is located next to a roundabout, so there is constant traffic noise throughout the day and night. The room itself felt quite basic and lacked warmth or interior design charm. There was no couch or comfortable sitting area, and the TV was both small and positioned very far from the bed, which made it less enjoyable to use. Breakfast options were also limited, with very little variety from day to day. The kitchen mainly offered egg-based dishes, and I expected a wider selection for a hotel of this category. I also tried the food served in the lobby area, but the quality was disappointing and tasted more like premade food rather than freshly prepared meals. The stay was acceptable overall, but there are several areas where the hotel could improve to better reflect a true 5-star experience."

"Hotel Kastil Perfecte locatie, zeer dicht bij alles - winkels, restaurants, zee, busstation, haven, gebouwen, wijnmakerij, wandelgebieden...zo mooi! Uitstekende gratis WiFi. Gewone “beige” kamer, comfortabele tweepersoonsbed, vrij grote koelkast, wijnglas, goede bedlampen en el. sokken. Zeer klein balkon (zelfs voor 1 stoel!) maar met mooi zeezicht (211). Badkamer mooi en bijgewerkt, hoewel ontbreekt aan hoekstenen. Geen (plastisch) glas voor tandborstel. Twee personen kunnen een standaard dubbele kamer te klein beschouwen. Geen liften. Nightlife in het hotelgebied eindigde rond 23.00 uur = stille nachten. Duistere extra window-doors. Textiel leegte curtains ten minste 60 cm te lang (waarom?) NOTE: Erg slechte reiniging/ dagelijkse reiniging duurde maximaal 3 minuten en was alleen om het blad te folden, de krukken te drukken en de badkamertafel te folden. Het toilet was niet schoon gedurende 5 nachten statmig, geen kamersbak, geen schoonmaak van wijnglas of schuur. Andere/hotel foto's Ontbijt gewoon / goed & vers, maar niet zo goed weergegeven in hotelfoto's en geen service aan tafel - het is zelfservice! Mooie grote buiten ontbijtzone onder zon/regenbescherming, perfect uitzicht op zee. Geen "kunsthanddoeken" of zoetjes op bed zoals weergegeven in hotelfoto's. Zie ook mijn schoonmaakcommentaren."
