Lovely hotel with excellent views of Golf Course. Will definitely come back again. However, staff at Birdy Bar must learn what a Gin and Tonic means. Not offering yesterday's tonic for today's drink! However this would not stop me from returning!

I think things will be much better after renovation is complete. Presently, some of the amenities are not available or for the business traveler are inconveniently located at the "store down the street, which has all the snacks I could need." The location is set on a beautiful lake backdrop with s park and walking path.

Lovely location overlooking the Lac au Duc and the hydrangea walk with its artwork installations. It’s an ideal spot for the children with beach and a variety of water activities a five minute drive away. We, two grandparents, two parents, a toddler aged 2 and a 10 week old baby, had booked a “cottage”/“chalet” as it was air conditioned and the forecast was for 42C. Unfortunately the air conditioning only worked downstairs leaving the upstairs an absolute furnace.We approached reception and after a protracted but amiable discussion we were, free of charge, offered a second cottage. This was a decent gesture and prevented what might have been a night of considerable concern. We feel that this was the best act of service we have ever experienced and we congratulate and thank the staff involved in this decision.

Séjour d'une nuit dans une chambre classique, plutôt propre hormis quelques cheveux sur les draps et des excréments d'oiseaux sur la fenêtre. Peu de monde à la piscine ce qui est agréable, eau un peu froide et mériterais un petit rafraîchissement mais jacuzzi à bonne température ce qui est agréable. Attente au restaurant beaucoup trop longue.. 1h avant de pouvoir commencer à manger, manque d'organisation du personnel ce qui est dommage car très bonne cuisine. Très bon petit déjeuner avec un grand choix de produits de qualité.

Très déçue de l’hôtel depuis le changement de propriétaire, avant nous pouvions profiter de la piscine/spa etc autant de temps qu’on voulait. Aucune précision lorsque l’on réserve qu’il y a qu’une heure pour en profiter. Chambre au RDC vue sur le golf, aucune intimité, les personnes qui se promène ou qui joue au golf on vu directement sur la chambre, donc passer 24h dans une chambre enfermée dans le noir. Payer 150€ pour la chambre qui ne correspond pas à celle qui était en photo. Très déçue, nous ne reviendrons plus.

Nous avons passé un super séjour lors de nos dernières vacances, nous avons été très bien accueillis par le directeur, qui nous a conseillé des balades dans le coin. Le restaurant est très bon et le cadre très agréable. Je recommande pour les séjours en couple ou en famille

Depuis le changement de propriétaire l'hôtel a bien changé. Les petites attentions à notre arrivée à la chambre n'existent plus, le pommeau de douche n'y a plus sa place et ne tient plus, une des deux résistances du chauffage, de la salle d'eau et grillé, matelas un peu confortable. Dur à digérer pour une nuit à 200 €! D'autre part, le restaurant a également bien baissé. À l'époque des anciens propriétaires, chaque bouchée était un feu d'artifice en bouche. Cette fois-ci, c'était bien fade. À l'époque des anciens propriétaires, il y avait au moins 10 m linéaires de petit déjeuner. Aujourd'hui ces 10 mètres se sont réduit à 5 avec beaucoup moins de choix. Nous avons passé plus de temps à chercher des couverts et des vers et des serviettes qu'à prendre notre petit-déjeuner. Une seule borne de charge à disposition pour un hôtel 4 étoiles et ne vous y trompez pas, ce n'est pas une charge rapide. Il a fallu que je laisse la voiture charger toute la nuit. Si un autre client avait eu besoin de recharger sa voiture, je ne sais pas comment on aurait fait. Bref expérience très décevante. Nous étions habitués à venir au moins une fois par an et je crois bien que nous ne viendrons plus.

Nous avons passé deux nuits dans cet hôtel.
Le séjour a été très agréable, reposant, ce qui était notre objectif.
Le personnel était vraiment à l' écoute et très sympathique, l' hôtel très agréable et propre. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine et de toutes les installations. Le cadre, près du lac, permet une très jolie balade.
Merci pour ce bon moment.

Entouré du lac du Duc endroit agréable ^pour la pèche ou la promenade et de l'autre cote un superbe golf pour passionnes . l accueil de l hôtel avec le sourire les chambres sont très bien et une très bonne table je conseille cet hôtel pour découvrir la region
