Brilliant 3rd stay at The Sheraton, enjoyed it so much booked it for September while we were there. Super friendly hardworking staff who go out of their way to make sure everything runs smoothly for you. The owner Liz is always on hand when needed, working alongside the rest of the staff especially when the hotel is very busy. We had room 300 club class executive, spotlessly clean, lovely comfy bed, very spacious indeed with walk in shower, and, a TV in bathroom. The meals again were very tasty indeed, plentiful with a good choice along with polite and efficient waiting staff. The lounges, bar and evening entertainment meant we did not need to go out at night which really suits us, yet again a wonderful stay.

Went with a party of 6 adults from 10 May to 13 May 2024. We had booked an executive suite but given a free Upgrade to a Kings suite room 253 . The room was very large and clean. The bathroom was really big and modern with shower and bath in it. There were 4 beds in the room a king size and two single beds. The only problem was the room and the bathroom were vey hot got supplied with a fan helped a bit in the bedroom but not in bathroom. The whole hotel was very hot apart from the dinning room. As we had hot weather outside it was hard to cool down. Everything else was great in the hotel the staff food decor and entertainment. A lot of guests were commenting on the heat in the hotel and which is a pity as everything else was great. I would like to return but only if they put some air conditioning in it and that’s why I have deducted a star.

Liz and her staff make the whole experience relaxing and welcoming. The rooms are spacious and beautiful and the wet room bathroom in our club classic room was exceptional. The restaurant offering has really gone up a notch. The food was delicious, great choices for breakfast and dinner served efficiantly and with a smile. Great air con to keep you cool as you eat. Fantastic decor in the restaurant as the rest of the hotel, areas well maintained and very clean. The Evening entertainment was wonderful, we had great enjoyment and a good laugh. The staff were very helpful, polite and courteous. It's refreshing to see a Hotel owner of such a large hotel actively working visibly alongside her colleagues supporting their work. It clearly works and is appreciated.

Overall a good stay lovely hotel nice swimming pool and communal areas. Lovely lady on the reception that checked us in explained everything to us when we arrived. Felt a little let down by the room even thought we paid a little more for a premium double room 308, still felt very small and was a noisy room as right above the entertainment room also very hot had to have the fan on all night , walls very thin can hear everything! Can hear what other guests are doing also a very strange noise coming from outside in the middle of the night that woke me up resulting in having to shut the window. Evening meal very nice felt uncomfortable with our seating arrangements as felt like we were just plonked in the middle of the room on the dance floor with all the waiters and guests walking around us while we were eating. Took a while for someone to take our order they eventually did when prompted by the front of house lady we asked for some drinks and was told it was another waiter that did this which was another wait . We ordered dessert one came out wrong and we didn’t have dessert spoons which resulted in another wait. Breakfast was nice overall good but again table not set properly so had to ask for tea spoons. Bingo fun in the evening.

We just had our wedding at the hotel and it was perfect in every way! Allison worked so hard from start to finish to ensure we had the perfect day! I would urge anyone thinking about having a wedding in Blackpool to book this venue you will not regret it! Amazing bar staff, drinks on request and nothing was too much trouble, the food was incredible and the buffet was amazing. Thank you to Allison and her team for making our special day one we will never forget. You are in safe Hands with this place. Bobby & Katrina (MR & MRS LEE)

stayed friday and Saturday night room 142,room was very hot the radiator wasn't even on , the walls were full of marks , hairs in shower cubicle ,breakfast Saturday morning was brilliant best ive had in blackpool but shame sunday wasn't the same changed the sausage to a cheap nasty one , bacon down to 1 slice not 2 , and cold toast 😳 oh and the bubbly reception was watered-down ,paid £280 for 2 nights with evening meal i think it would of been worth it if the points are adressed !

This was our first visit following a recommendation by a friend. We were warmly greeted and found our room to be very well furnished and comfortable. We were in a side sea view beach hut family room which had a spacious wet room. Food was excellent with varied evening menus. The organised trip to Skipton was a lovely touch and we enjoyed the afternoon tea and entertainment with Charley. The evening DJ and bingo was great fun. We will certainly be returning again.

Just got back from a weekend here, this is an annual visit with a dance school. last year we had a non updated room and it was very old, at the time i brough it to the owners attention and she promised us a top room. when we checked in we where given a really nice room over looking the sea (room 300) the room was very nice and clean... and we had a TV in the bath :) breakfast was great and all the staff where amazing, the pool and jacuzzi was spotlessly clean (well done to the gentleman cleaner who didn't stop) Liz, please give your staff a pat on the back or a pay rise because everyone was amazing and they make the experience that much better.

nice hotel staff could not do enough great a**ospher nice rooms food very good and breakfast was amazing waitress staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect the bar staff was good but the wine was a bit pricey and a shot of lemonade was 75p the acts was good could not fault it
