Your hotel is eg, it's disgusting inside all the mould up the walls and the bathroom has 29 up the walls, absolutely vile and when asked to speak to someone there's no one available as he was in the *** bar across the road, he came back hours later full of ***** and was In a right state and was shouting abuse at my half naked husband because he got told to use the bathroom next door because the manager was busy getting mortal, my husband wasn't best pleased, THIS PLACE IS A NO NO NO from me and a definite NO NO from the hubby and he got the fright of his life and his towel nearly fell, stay away!!!!!

Room was small but clean, the bed was quite comfortable and the room was warm enough. the shower was hot and the towels were good quality. We had no issue with any noise and when we bumped into other guests or staff everyone was friendly. good location to the bars/clubs and a tram stop. I would stay again 👍

To be honest nothing went well. Sadly, due to no fault of our own we were unable to attend the Hotel. We provided evidence to this effect to no avail. Really, even if you died you wouldn't get your money back! That is how dire the Customer Service Team are. I would advise the hotel to re look at their policies instead of providing a shoddy, unhelpful response to a genuine cancellation requirement. Between *********** and The Best Western blaming each other it felt like children squabbling. The event we were attending was to make funds for for a well known children's charity so to charge for a trip that did not happen is very sad, Not helpful

Worst hotel i have ever come a cross. It seem they dont have a clue how to run a hotel and to be quite frank it should be shut down. Im very supprised the hotel has,nt been reported to Visit england. The hygene in the rooms are poor and they seem like Amateurs who dont have a clue and clearly dont care. Dont waiste your money find a B&B if you have too you only have to look at the photos and the reviews to seewhat i'm saying dirty disgusting place. They need REPORTING !!!
