The Rockley Hotel

Our recent stay at The Rockley Hotel was fantastic. We arrived early but our room was ready and waiting for us. The beds were lovely and comfortable and the shower was great too. The Breakfast was delicious with so much choice in Cereal, Fruit & Pastries plus the Full English. Check out was smooth and we were able to leave our bags whilst we went shopping. The hosts were great and couldn't do enough for you. A great stay and will be back.

Excellent landlady and landlord - superb friendly service, comfortable clean, well equipped room and excellent breakfast. Price is very competitive - the hotel is far better than most of the other ones in Blackpool at a comparable price. My second stay, and it won't be the last. Only negatives I can think of are: (1) lack of private car park (but most others don't either, and there are plenty of local public car parks) and (2) bedrooms a bit on the small size, but well equipped and clean.

Stayed with my 2 daughters (one of which has special needs ) .. Really homely welcoming B&B. Michelle and Graham were welcoming and friendly. They couldn’t do enough for us. Fantastic value for money. Spotlessly clean. Loved the decor … the hosts have put lots of effort and thought into this. Breakfast was lovely. Great location. What’s not to like? Would highly recommend. We will certainly be back when next in Blackpool!

The hotel is situated in good location close to the beach and town centre. The owners are very friendly and helpful. They is a good selection of items for breakfast and the cooked breakfast is wonderful. The rooms are small but are very clean. Parking facilities are about five minute walk from hotel.

Great b&b very friendly couple great breakfast very clean throughout. Plenty of car parks in the area ,we found the hornby road one best 5 min walk 9 per night 15 for 2.

Made to feel very welcome on arrival Hotel in perfect central location in easy walking distance to centre and bars and theatres Booked a twin room and good size with everything needed and breakfast lovely Excellentl value for money and would highly recommend

great welcome on arrival, hotel well designed and modern, room very comfortable and clean, bed okay, breakfast was probably one of the best i have had, all freshly cooked, definately come back here, very close to the main areas and promenade in blackpool,

Stayed here a couple years ago ,on this trip to Blackpool we walked past the rockley as we did not recognise it .they have transformed the outside . entered the hotel and it's been renovated to a high standard. Next morning we went for breakfast and it was amazing.newly renovated dining room ,fresh fruit ,pastries ,then an awesome full English with proper butcher sausages .rooms were clean ,beds were clean and comfy. With great hosts all in all one.of blackpools best

Very friendly hosts who could not do enough for you. We had the small double at the top with a great view of The Tower. Comfy, warm and clean room room. Fantastic breakfast with plenty of choice to cater for all tastes. Great location near the Tower. I would highly recommend a stay at this hotel.
