De bedden zijn leeg en kunnen betere mattresses zijn.De sleutelkaarten werkten niet voor de deur omdat de timing op de kaart verstreken. Een van de personeelsleden zei dat ze onderbemand waren en niet in staat waren een nieuwe te maken, wat betekent dat we iemand moesten bellen wanneer we ooit terug wilden gaan."

"A top-notch hotel. I visited the photos of the castle family members. I felt eerie when walking in the corridor. As soon as I checked into the room, the smoke detector buzzed three times. The security guard rushed in and couldn't solve it. In the morning, only our room didn't have hot water for showering. I guess he's possessed by some ghost."
