"We were very satisfied. There is pickup service from railway station to hotel without booking before. All service people are very nice. Hotel rooms were clean and practical. Tellers, bedding, pot and pan are all there. Microwave too. The thermal bathroom is top, right salty water. We have also used the fitness well. I can imagine to come again. Breakfast cost 24 euros, also my 12-year-old daughter. It was OK, not overcome for these prices nevau but also ncit bad. I miss luchs."

"Een leuke ervaring. De KdF-geschiedenis van de gebouwen was een interessant achtergrond voor mij. Maar het was allemaal zeer duur. Ik betaalde £200 voor de kamer plus er zijn een ton extra kosten: parkeerplaats 20 euro per dag; gebruik van zwembad en sauna? 10 euro; toeristenbelasting.. Gezien de kosten van de kamer de extra kosten leken griet. Kamer en ontbijt waren oké, maar de slechte kwaliteit handdoeken en het gebrek aan dagelijkse schoonmaak leek een andere goedkope korting. Helpelijk front desk, maar niemand is tot laat vanmiddag in functie. Volgende keer zou ik in de buurt van Binz blijven."

"Iedereen die ooit een hernia heeft gehad, weet dat douchen in een badkuip geen optie is – in- en uitstappen vereist heel wat gewenning. Vorig jaar had ik een ruime kamer in het Kurhaus Binz met balkon, zeezicht en douche – een zeer aangenaam verblijf. Voor mijn boeking dit jaar wilde ik precies die kamer, of iets vergelijkbaars. Ondanks de gestegen prijzen na de overname door A-ROSA, heb ik mezelf getrakteerd op dit verblijf – volgens de website zijn deze kamers immers voorzien van douches. Bij aankomst was ik teleurgesteld: een kleinere kamer, geen douche, maar wel een badkuip – absoluut niet geschikt voor mij met mijn rugklachten. Het personeel bij de receptie was vriendelijk, maar door de hoge bezettingsgraad was er niets aan te doen. Er waren slechts twee kamers met uitzicht op het meer, een balkon en een douche. De reactie ter plaatse: A-ROSA was verantwoordelijk voor de misleidende advertentie – en ze waren op de hoogte van het probleem. Ik heb diezelfde dag nog contact opgenomen met de reserveringsafdeling. De reactie was beleefd maar ineffectief: ze erkenden de fout in de beschrijving, maar boden geen accommodatie aan. Conclusie: De toplocatie blijft onbetwist, maar als u gezondheid, transparantie en een goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding belangrijk vindt, moet u uw boeking zorgvuldig overwegen."

"I ended up in Binz spontaneously and stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. I had a spacious ocean view room with separate living area and balcony and I loved it. The hotel is separated from the beach only by the pedestrian promenade and very quiet. The AC in the room was working well. Unfortunately, due to the many mosquitoes in the area at the time, I did not want to keep the windows open at night. The atmosphere and the food in the bar/restaurant was excellent, as well as the breakfast buffet. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Very convenient location and the elevator was also helpful for me. Overall my short stay at this hotel and in Binz was great! Would definitely return!"

"I travel a lot and spend around 150 days in hotels around the world. I expected more from a 5-star hotel. Positive: the location right on the beach, perfect breakfast, first-class staff. I didn't like the room facilities: the furnishings were OK, the electrical fittings were outdated (the same as they were 20 years ago), the bathroom was OK but nothing special for a 5-star hotel, the bed... well... you can feel the feathers. The pillows and blankets take some getting used to, the elevator is broken... all in all I would say: 3 stars + but nothing more. It wasn't a mistake to book this hotel (when the weather was nice 😉)"
