We have stayed ***y palace hotels of India ..but this tops all in terms of service and architecture and price. We have seen this palace in movies but no camera can capture It's true beauty. You have to visit personally to feel It's grand Beautiful carvings. We had booked 5 rooms. 2 rooms We felt like old and smelly, on request they immediately changed it. Rooms r nice and clean. Food is really awesome. We had breakfast and dinner there. Every dish was super.. Chef recommend us local dishes and specially prepared dinner as per our requirement. Papad, bhujia, gutta all courrier were super. Folk music perfor***ce was also very good. Having breakfast in huge courtyard with live flute music was a total magical experience. View of sunset from terrace is Amazing. Staff is very nice and helpful. They guided us to palace rooms and gave detail history. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will definately recommend all to visit bikaner,stay here and enjoy this place like a king ..

The room is spacious but very dirty and run down. Giant fungus on the walls. The plaster is falling off the ceiling, the TV doesn't work. The hotel is located in an abandoned shopping mall that looks like something out of a horror movie. The owner doesn't know much and it's very difficult to get ***** with him.

Good tour during the day and the location is perfect to visit the sites in Bikaner. Rooms are ok, nothing special. Took a small daytour with Gulam and he was very kind and informative. You have to visit personally to feel It's grand Beautiful carvings. We had booked 5 rooms. 2 rooms We felt like old and smelly, on request they immediately changed it. Rooms r nice and clean. Food is really awesome. We had breakfast and dinner there. Every dish was super.. Chef recommend us local dishes and specially prepared dinner as per our requirement. Papad, bhujia, gutta all courrier were super. Folk music perfor***ce was also very good. Having breakfast in huge courtyard with live flute music was a total magical experience. View of sunset from terrace is Amazing. Staff is very nice and helpful. They guided us to palace rooms and gave detail history. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will definately recommend all to visit bikaner,stay here and enjoy this place like a king ..
