"Very disappointing stay. The room AC was not working properly, making it quite uncomfortable. The bathroom was not clean, and the water was salty. The floor also felt sticky, which was unpleasant. Housekeeping services were very poor, and even basic facilities like a room phone were not available. The pool was poorly maintained — it was dirty, had moss particles, and the water was also salty. Check-in took over 1.5 hours, which was extremely frustrating. Even with discounted prices, this hotel is not worth it. I would not recommend booking here. However, the view is very nice, and the beach is beautiful, which was the only positive aspect of the stay."

"Mr Henry is a wonderful person. He makes u feel welcomed and home. We were given very special treatment during check in. We stayed in 2 bedroom villa. It was spacious, with exit options from both rooms - ensuring full comfort and privacy to the other person. 2 bathrooms were add on. We got very good srilankan breakfast. Mr Henry kept on checking on our well being and ensured that we are comfortable. He was kind enough to give us complimentary milk too when we requested in night, even when we requested to pay. We loved and enjoyed our stay."

"We go with family, they gave us Villa and 3 rooms, not accomodated in the mail hotel building , this is infront of the mail hotel. Rooms had too many extra materials which makes room very conjested, like extra small bed, table etc. Rooms become very small with all this extra furniture. Many maquitos, Food very bad quality, nothing to eat for Vegeterian guys. We cancelled our booking for next day as it was niot possible to stay with un hygenic food."

It was truly the perfect place to escape from everyday life. The view of the river was simply enchanting and made the room a very special retreat. It has such a cozy, inviting atmosphere that we immediately felt at home. Everything was super clean and lovingly decorated. A delicious breakfast with freshly squeezed juice was served every morning. The proximity to the beach was another plus – simply wonderful! We truly enjoyed our stay and would return anytime. "Het hotel voor de Smiths Heaven Road, dat via Trip.com werd geboekt, maar de lokale mensen hebben deze naam niet gehoord. De lokale villa heet ook de KK-collectie. Dit is het Mohoti-gard van Bava, een oud huis in de jaren zeventig, en later werd het eerste Sri Lanka-golfhotel door Bava gekocht. Bawa vond een paar vrienden die niet gekocht werden, en uiteindelijk kocht hij het zelf. Het moet interessant zijn. Door het raam op de muur kan je de trein zien. De tuin is de spoorlijn 🛤️ en de Indische Oceaan.
