O hotel em si é muito bom, os funcionários são atenciosos, a limpeza do local é ótima, a localização foi ótima para o que meu namorado e eu precisávamos e o café da manhã tinha bastante opções do que comer e de qualidade.
Única coisa que tenho a reclamar é que deixei reservado um quarto com cama de casal e me foi disponibilizado um quarto com duas camas de solteiro, entendo que devido ao horário que realizei o check in não haviam mais quartos de cama de casal disponível, mas, como eu havia feito a reserva e quando deixei as bagagens na recepção, esperava que ao chegar o quarto que reservei estivesse disponível.

Instalações deixam a desejar, a água do chuveiro a noite só consegue tomar banho gelado, quente apenas pela manhã. Piso do chão manchado. A vista do quarto deluxe é apenas as paredes do hotel. Coberta muito fina, toalhas surradas. O ar condicionado no 17 parece que está em 22.
O espelho de aumenta dá uma salvada.
Funcionários solícitos e muito educados e o café da manhã sem defeitos.

Pictures of the property doesn't describe well the place. Rooms are little dirty (they never cleaned the floors) and walls are VERY DIRTY . Its a flat but not even have a microwave or any utensils. Rooms needs desperate an update especially i the bathroom Beds and mattress are old and little curved. Staff was nice and friendly. Breakfast has good selection but if you stay for 5 days they don't change menu. It's look like a friend old apartment. Don't have high expectations.

This property really matter needs well. One strange thing was that they had two big desks in the main room rather than couches, but we didn’t have any need for couches, so it was not a problem. Desks were great to set luggage on.

The staff were great, the breakfast has good options. My only complain was with the shower. The water was cold and the pressure very weak.

Costumo quase sempre me hospedar nesse hotel quando passo por BH. Hotel bem localizado, próximo ao Mineirão. Possui estacionamento fechado. O café da manhã possui boa variedade, os apartamentos possuem sala, dois quartos, banheiro, uma cozinha com geladeira e área com outro pequeno banheiro com um sanitário. Um quarto com duas camas de solteiro e armário embutido e o outro com cama de casal e armário embutido. Único ponto negativo foi o colchão de casal de dimensões menores que o normal. Creio que não seja o mesmo padrão em todos os apartamentos. O hotel possui dois elevadores e o check-in e check-out foram bem rápidos.
