For the honeymoon with my husband, the hotel has very good privacy. There are security personnel when you enter the hotel. You will be certified by the bracelet when you stay in the hotel. You can go for lunch or dinner. It's really two buffet meals, and there are many dishes that suit our domestic people, which are really good. In summer, there are many water park activities, barbecues, and surfing. Standing by the bed is the sea, and opposite is Greece.

L'hôtel est bien et il est moderne. Il est fait sur 8 étages. Par contre, la situation de l'hôtel en étages et les nombreux arbres qu'il y a font que quand nous sommes à la piscine, il n'y a plus de soleil à partir de 15h45 car il était cache par les arbres. On ne peut pas profité pleinement du soleil l'après-midi. Ce qui est bien est que nous avons le wi-fi partout dans l'hôtel que ce soit à la piscine, à la mer, etc.. Je pense que comme nous étions en dehors de la haute saison, il n'y avait pas de soirées ou de spectacles le soir et je trouve ça dommage. Il y a des cocktais mais je trouve qu'il n'y a pas beaucoup de choix. Il y a deux restaurants dans l'hôtel qui sont sur réservation et qui sont très bon ! Nous avons eu l'apero, l'entrée, le plat et le dessert. En plus cela change du buffet du restaurant principal qui est varié mais qui manque de diversité. De plus, la nourriture était souvent tiède car les couvercles sont rarement refermés par les gens. Il y a un sauna a disposition et vous pouvez y aller quand vous voulez. Le hammam n'est pas le même qu'en France. Au niveau des excursions avec l'hôtel nous avons fait Ephese, Izmir, safari à cheval et un massage. Nous avons été satisfait des excursions sauf de la journée à Izmir. La journée se compose entièrement de shopping avec le matin un bazar et l'après-midi un centre commercial. Il n'y a pas de visites culturelles. Pour les trois autres excursions, je vous les conseils et surtout Ephese a faire avec un guide qui pour moi est essentiel pour comprendre la ville et son histoire. Nous avons fait de nous même le marché de Selcuk le samedi qui est pour moi un marché très intéressant à faire. Pour vous y rendre, il faut prendre une navette à l'entrée de l'hôtel. C'est 1,50 euros par personne ou 35 livres turque. Vous pouvez également vous rendre à Kusadasi avec une navette devant l'hôtel (navette 1) pour le prix de 1 euro par personne ou 15 livres turque. Il y a des boutiques, un bazar le mercredi après-midi avec des prix également intéressant. Pour moi ça a été de bonnes vacances à part la journée à Izmir.

We have just come back from a week's stay at this hotel and I must say, we loved our stay. The hotel room was clean and had enough space for the 4 of us. The only issue I could see was some mould in the shower seal corners and a dent in the shower bottom but the bathroom was clean and smelt fresh. Cleaners were in daily so the towels and bedding were changed daily. This was our first family holiday abroad so I had nothing to compare it to but for us it was a lovely stay. There was a good selection of food even with me being lactose and egg intolerant. The staff were faultless. Always happy to help and approachable and the entertainment staff were amazing! Melody spoke to us the first day and then every day remembered all our names and asked if we were enjoying our stay. The kids club is great for if the children are wanting to play out of the sun and just take some Time out. A few reviews have mentioned about things being broken. We did notice that quite a lot of sunbeds were cracked down the middle but with it being towards the end of the season we just assumed they've become worn over the season and that they would be replaced ready for next season. With the mats on and towels you don't notice the damage and it doesn't effect the use. The WiFi isn't great but it works well enough to keep in touch with family back home and we weren't there to be sat online all the time. The beach is beautiful! Couldn't have asked for a better location and the water is so clean! I have noticed some reviews about cleanliness but there are always cleaners and maintenance staff around and I can imagine it would be hard to constantly keep up with 1200 people. There were quite a few wasps outside when dining outdoors but what do you expect being outside with fresh fruit around. 3 of us did become ill with sickness and diarrhea whilst away but we just put it down to eating different foods and being in a different environment. We came away with another family of 4 who all suffered the same as us too. It wasn't severe enough to see a doctor as we took medication with us just incase this happened so we drank plenty of bottled water and spent time resting in the room. The pools were all clean all be it cold but was to be expected at this time of year. This didn't stop the children enjoying them though. There is a park at the side of the hotel with plenty for the children to do if you want to take time out to explore. There is also a regular mini bus every 10 minutes into the centre for 7tl each. Plenty of markets and food places there if you want to take a look around. Overall we had a great experience of the hotel.

5313 nolu odada konaklamaktayiz ve bugün akşam çıkış yapacağız. Çıkış yapmadan önce fikirlerimi paylaşmak istedim. Öncelikle sürekli olarak her yerden mukemmel bir manzara izliyorsunuz. Giriş yaptığımız günden beri yani 5 gündür tüm personeller o kadar samimi güler yüzlü ki özellikle animatör arkadaşlara bayıldık. Restorant, bar, italian alakartina gittik ve yemekleri mükemmeldi bu arada. Fakat normal restorantın alakartini pek beğenmedim. Fast foodlari da baya lezzetli. Kahvaltıları çok mükemmel fakat meyvelerin sayısı artabilir mesela greyfurt son zamanlarda göremedik gibi. Onun harici bi sorun yok oda ve otel temizliği gayet güzel Hk güzel çalışıyor. Tüm çalışan arkadaşlar ve müdürlerine teşekkür ederiz mükemmel ötesi bi tatil gecirmemize sebep oldular. Özellikle animasyon aktiviteleri ve showlari harika. Onların sayesinde asla sıkılmadık kimse de sıkılmamistir eminim. Gelecek olan herkese tavsiye ederiz teşekkürler İNFİNİTY BY YELKEN.

Our arrival at City’s Hill wasn’t the best, the check in time was 2pm which Love Holidays failed to mention not great when we arrived at 6am after an exhausting night flight. The senior receptionist Dideem came to our rescue. As soon as a room became free after cleaning. Not only that we were upgraded to a family room with the best view of Kusadasi bay. Since getting our room everything has been exceptional, the hotel cleanliness, food, drinks, entertainment and the facilities around the pool. It would not be fair not to mention Hakan the food and beverage Manager and his team for making all guests very welcome for every meal. The selection of food was well balanced and clearly catered to all nationalities tastes. It’s rare to find a hotel that gets everything right but City’s Hill deserve their 5/5!! Well done!!!

For the honeymoon with my husband, the hotel has very good privacy. There are security personnel when you enter the hotel. You will be certified by the bracelet when you stay in the hotel. You can go for lunch or dinner. It's really two buffet meals, and there are many dishes that suit our domestic people, which are really good. In summer, there are many water park activities, barbecues, and surfing. Standing by the bed is the sea, and opposite is Greece.

L'hôtel est bien et il est moderne. Il est fait sur 8 étages. Par contre, la situation de l'hôtel en étages et les nombreux arbres qu'il y a font que quand nous sommes à la piscine, il n'y a plus de soleil à partir de 15h45 car il était cache par les arbres. On ne peut pas profité pleinement du soleil l'après-midi. Ce qui est bien est que nous avons le wi-fi partout dans l'hôtel que ce soit à la piscine, à la mer, etc.. Je pense que comme nous étions en dehors de la haute saison, il n'y avait pas de soirées ou de spectacles le soir et je trouve ça dommage. Il y a des cocktais mais je trouve qu'il n'y a pas beaucoup de choix. Il y a deux restaurants dans l'hôtel qui sont sur réservation et qui sont très bon ! Nous avons eu l'apero, l'entrée, le plat et le dessert. En plus cela change du buffet du restaurant principal qui est varié mais qui manque de diversité. De plus, la nourriture était souvent tiède car les couvercles sont rarement refermés par les gens. Il y a un sauna a disposition et vous pouvez y aller quand vous voulez. Le hammam n'est pas le même qu'en France. Au niveau des excursions avec l'hôtel nous avons fait Ephese, Izmir, safari à cheval et un massage. Nous avons été satisfait des excursions sauf de la journée à Izmir. La journée se compose entièrement de shopping avec le matin un bazar et l'après-midi un centre commercial. Il n'y a pas de visites culturelles. Pour les trois autres excursions, je vous les conseils et surtout Ephese a faire avec un guide qui pour moi est essentiel pour comprendre la ville et son histoire. Nous avons fait de nous même le marché de Selcuk le samedi qui est pour moi un marché très intéressant à faire. Pour vous y rendre, il faut prendre une navette à l'entrée de l'hôtel. C'est 1,50 euros par personne ou 35 livres turque. Vous pouvez également vous rendre à Kusadasi avec une navette devant l'hôtel (navette 1) pour le prix de 1 euro par personne ou 15 livres turque. Il y a des boutiques, un bazar le mercredi après-midi avec des prix également intéressant. Pour moi ça a été de bonnes vacances à part la journée à Izmir.

We have just come back from a week's stay at this hotel and I must say, we loved our stay. The hotel room was clean and had enough space for the 4 of us. The only issue I could see was some mould in the shower seal corners and a dent in the shower bottom but the bathroom was clean and smelt fresh. Cleaners were in daily so the towels and bedding were changed daily. This was our first family holiday abroad so I had nothing to compare it to but for us it was a lovely stay. There was a good selection of food even with me being lactose and egg intolerant. The staff were faultless. Always happy to help and approachable and the entertainment staff were amazing! Melody spoke to us the first day and then every day remembered all our names and asked if we were enjoying our stay. The kids club is great for if the children are wanting to play out of the sun and just take some Time out. A few reviews have mentioned about things being broken. We did notice that quite a lot of sunbeds were cracked down the middle but with it being towards the end of the season we just assumed they've become worn over the season and that they would be replaced ready for next season. With the mats on and towels you don't notice the damage and it doesn't effect the use. The WiFi isn't great but it works well enough to keep in touch with family back home and we weren't there to be sat online all the time. The beach is beautiful! Couldn't have asked for a better location and the water is so clean! I have noticed some reviews about cleanliness but there are always cleaners and maintenance staff around and I can imagine it would be hard to constantly keep up with 1200 people. There were quite a few wasps outside when dining outdoors but what do you expect being outside with fresh fruit around. 3 of us did become ill with sickness and diarrhea whilst away but we just put it down to eating different foods and being in a different environment. We came away with another family of 4 who all suffered the same as us too. It wasn't severe enough to see a doctor as we took medication with us just incase this happened so we drank plenty of bottled water and spent time resting in the room. The pools were all clean all be it cold but was to be expected at this time of year. This didn't stop the children enjoying them though. There is a park at the side of the hotel with plenty for the children to do if you want to take time out to explore. There is also a regular mini bus every 10 minutes into the centre for 7tl each. Plenty of markets and food places there if you want to take a look around. Overall we had a great experience of the hotel.

Food nonostops, I don't know what isn't, everything is delicious, beef, turkey, everything is full, always add, fruit vegetables, garniers. Fresh-fat with fruit, at the pool all kinds of pizza, pide, vegetables, sweets, bars everywhere, all with a smile, come still, no queues, tables clean at once, guests here are happy, attitude is very pleasant, remained very satisfied. The pocket with rollers for children and a water complex for kids is excellent! Staff is always present, children are very closely monitored.

About the place of the situation I can't say anything, we didn't interest the sea, the view from the balcony on it is chic, and as on the beach get and what there, I don't know. They arrived early at 10, set up bracelets dressed, the room is beautiful, even for the third member of the family their small bedroom separate, the elevators of the carpet, the purity, everything is except the coats. Food nonostops, I don't know what isn't, everything is delicious, beef, turkey, everything is full, always add, fruit vegetables, garniers. Fresh-fat with fruit, at the pool all kinds of pizza, pide, vegetables, sweets, bars everywhere, all with a smile, come still, no queues, tables clean at once, guests here are happy, attitude is very pleasant, remained very satisfied. The pocket with rollers for children and a water complex for kids is excellent! Staff is always present, children are very closely monitored.

We have just come back from a week's stay at this hotel and I must say, we loved our stay. The hotel room was clean and had enough space for the 4 of us. The only issue I could see was some mould in the shower seal corners and a dent in the shower bottom but the bathroom was clean and smelt fresh. Cleaners were in daily so the towels and bedding were changed daily. This was our first family holiday abroad so I had nothing to compare it to but for us it was a lovely stay. There was a good selection of food even with me being lactose and egg intolerant. The staff were faultless. Always happy to help and approachable and the entertainment staff were amazing! Melody spoke to us the first day and then every day remembered all our names and asked if we were enjoying our stay. The kids club is great for if the children are wanting to play out of the sun and just take some Time out. A few reviews have mentioned about things being broken. We did notice that quite a lot of sunbeds were cracked down the middle but with it being towards the end of the season we just assumed they've become worn over the season and that they would be replaced ready for next season. With the mats on and towels you don't notice the damage and it doesn't effect the use. The WiFi isn't great but it works well enough to keep in touch with family back home and we weren't there to be sat online all the time. The beach is beautiful! Couldn't have asked for a better location and the water is so clean! I have noticed some reviews about cleanliness but there are always cleaners and maintenance staff around and I can imagine it would be hard to constantly keep up with 1200 people. There were quite a few wasps outside when dining outdoors but what do you expect being outside with fresh fruit around. 3 of us did become ill with sickness and diarrhea whilst away but we just put it down to eating different foods and being in a different environment. We came away with another family of 4 who all suffered the same as us too. It wasn't severe enough to see a doctor as we took medication with us just incase this happened so we drank plenty of bottled water and spent time resting in the room. The pools were all clean all be it cold but was to be expected at this time of year. This didn't stop the children enjoying them though. There is a park at the side of the hotel with plenty for the children to do if you want to take time out to explore. There is also a regular mini bus every 10 minutes into the centre for 7tl each. Plenty of markets and food places there if you want to take a look around. Overall we had a great experience of the hotel.

Our arrival at City’s Hill wasn’t the best, the check in time was 2pm which Love Holidays failed to mention not great when we arrived at 6am after an exhausting night flight. The senior receptionist Dideem came to our rescue. As soon as a room became free after cleaning. Not only that we were upgraded to a family room with the best view of Kusadasi bay. Since getting our room everything has been exceptional, the hotel cleanliness, food, drinks, entertainment and the facilities around the pool. It would not be fair not to mention Hakan the food and beverage Manager and his team for making all guests very welcome for every meal. The selection of food was well balanced and clearly catered to all nationalities tastes. It’s rare to find a hotel that gets everything right but City’s Hill deserve their 5/5!! Well done!!!

L'hôtel est bien et il est moderne. Il est fait sur 8 étages. Par contre, la situation de l'hôtel en étages et les nombreux arbres qu'il y a font que quand nous sommes à la piscine, il n'y a plus de soleil à partir de 15h45 car il était cache par les arbres. On ne peut pas profité pleinement du soleil l'après-midi. Ce qui est bien est que nous avons le wi-fi partout dans l'hôtel que ce soit à la piscine, à la mer, etc.. Je pense que comme nous étions en dehors de la haute saison, il n'y avait pas de soirées ou de spectacles le soir et je trouve ça dommage. Il y a des cocktais mais je trouve qu'il n'y a pas beaucoup de choix. Il y a deux restaurants dans l'hôtel qui sont sur réservation et qui sont très bon ! Nous avons eu l'apero, l'entrée, le plat et le dessert. En plus cela change du buffet du restaurant principal qui est varié mais qui manque de diversité. De plus, la nourriture était souvent tiède car les couvercles sont rarement refermés par les gens. Il y a un sauna a disposition et vous pouvez y aller quand vous voulez. Le hammam n'est pas le même qu'en France. Au niveau des excursions avec l'hôtel nous avons fait Ephese, Izmir, safari à cheval et un massage. Nous avons été satisfait des excursions sauf de la journée à Izmir. La journée se compose entièrement de shopping avec le matin un bazar et l'après-midi un centre commercial. Il n'y a pas de visites culturelles. Pour les trois autres excursions, je vous les conseils et surtout Ephese a faire avec un guide qui pour moi est essentiel pour comprendre la ville et son histoire. Nous avons fait de nous même le marché de Selcuk le samedi qui est pour moi un marché très intéressant à faire. Pour vous y rendre, il faut prendre une navette à l'entrée de l'hôtel. C'est 1,50 euros par personne ou 35 livres turque. Vous pouvez également vous rendre à Kusadasi avec une navette devant l'hôtel (navette 1) pour le prix de 1 euro par personne ou 15 livres turque. Il y a des boutiques, un bazar le mercredi après-midi avec des prix également intéressant. Pour moi ça a été de bonnes vacances à part la journée à Izmir.

For the honeymoon with my husband, the hotel has very good privacy. There are security personnel when you enter the hotel. You will be certified by the bracelet when you stay in the hotel. You can go for lunch or dinner. It's really two buffet meals, and there are many dishes that suit our domestic people, which are really good. In summer, there are many water park activities, barbecues, and surfing. Standing by the bed is the sea, and opposite is Greece.
