"Alles is prima voor een budgethotel. Ik ben al eerder in deze hotelketen geweest. Deze keer was het echter anders, omdat er bij deze vestiging een self-check-in is. Ik ben wel een van mijn toiletartikelen kwijtgeraakt. Gelukkig waren mijn andere spullen niet verloren. Het receptiepersoneel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Helaas kon ik dit probleem niet meer aankaarten omdat ik haast had voor mijn trein."

"The location and condition of the hotel itself were good, but one thing that happened after check out left me very disappointed with the hotel room management and service. We accidentally left two pairs of shoes in room 501 on the day of check-out, and the shoes were packed in a red Maxim paper bag. I found out just a few hours after checking out and immediately called the hotel and then emailed with very specific messages including room number, items and packaging. But the hotel replied that it was not found. What makes me particularly difficult to understand is that when we stayed in room 501, we found a pair of old shoes left by the previous guests in the closet, which seemed to have been there for a long time. This in itself made me wonder whether the hotel's housekeeping would carefully check the closet and other places. We reported missing two pairs of shoes only a few hours after we checked out, but we didn't find them. As we were leaving France for Italy soon, it was difficult to send even if found, so I did not continue to ask the hotel to find it. Two pairs of shoes are not very valuable items in themselves, but the whole experience left me very disappointed with the hotel's housekeeping and the lost property management. For a hotel of this grade, I think guests should be able to expect more serious, reliable room inspections and lost property management."

"Great hotel for the price off season. Clean and basic. Be mindful that their is no lift, and in my opinion, it is not polite to insist to an older woman to carry baggage. I would skip the breakfast as the eggs were cold and ran out in the first 20 minutes that breakfast was open. No one was around to help with breakfast service. There are better places to have breakfast if you can wait until 8 am. The bar and lounge are lovely. However, of my 4 days, only one of the days was there anyone to serve the lounge, and I felt like a burden for even asking for a drink. The dinner was ok but limited and very pricey. However, off season without a car, you're limited for food options around."

"We boekten dit hotel omdat het zich in een kasteel bevond en het er romantisch en uniek uitzag. Over het algemeen ontbraken er echter veel details. Ten eerste, vermijd het restaurant koste wat kost, ook al kostte het driegangenmenu slechts € 29. De bereiding en kwaliteit van het eten waren verschrikkelijk. Zie de bijgevoegde foto's. De zalm die ik had was te gaar van bevroren zalm en de groenten waren waarschijnlijk bevroren groenten die tot pap gekookt waren en niet meer groen. De risotto was gewoon rijst met een laagje vreemde room en er zaten wat smakeloze stukjes kip bovenop. We hebben het eten niet opgegeten. Ze hebben duidelijk ook meer personeel nodig, want onze receptioniste was ook serveerster, en we merkten dat er wat wachttijden en hiaten in de service waren. De kamer was compact en schoon, maar de details ontbraken. Zo waren de meubels en apparaten van de goedkoopste soort en pasten ze niet bij de luxe uitstraling die het hotel nastreeft. De locatie ligt iets buiten de stad, op 20 minuten lopen van alle belangrijke bezienswaardigheden in de oude stad. Het terrein zag er netjes uit en zag er op de foto's erg mooi uit."
