"Eind augustus 2 kamers geboekt en wat een ellende was dat. Eerst moet je een hele lange gang langs lege ruimtes lopen en dan met de lift naar boven. Ik vetrouwde de liften en wilde met de trap naar boven. Dit kon iet omdat de je niet bij de trap kon komen. Dus ik vroeg wat als er brand is. Ja dat weten we niet kreeg ik als antwoord. Dus toch maar de lift gepakt maar wel voor gezorgd dat de familie niet in 1 lift zat. Want als er dan wat gebeurd kan iemand wel hulp in schakelen. Bij de kamer aangekomen. Was het 1 smerige bende. Lakens waren smerig stoelen enz. Ik voeg nooit foto's bij maar zal het nu wel doen. Ik voelde mij echt belazerd. Het hotel had 3 sterren en dan weet je dat het niet top zou zijn maar dit sloeg nergens op. Na veel praten hebben zei de booking geannuleerd en kregen wij ons geld terug snel gevlucht naar een ander hotel."

"The location is a bit tucked away from the main road. The road access is poor. The surrounding atmosphere is uncomfortable. Check-in is easy. Only one of the three elevators is functional, and it takes a long time to get to multiple floors. The surrounding area is uncomfortable. The vibe is negative. The shop advertised room delivery, but when you order, you're told to go down yourself. Kadina facilities. The room was a 2-bedroom unit, but the living room was converted into a bedroom. The bedroom was emptied, making it feel very cramped. The bedroom should have remained in the bedroom, and the living room could have been equipped with a sofa and a TV. This would have been quite standard. The drinking water smelled of telon oil. The shower doesn't have a stand, so you have to hold it. The bidet has to be turned on manually, you can't press the spray directly; you have to turn the faucet underneath. The mattress is big and the middle of the bed is sunken in. So it's uncomfortable to sleep on. Hopefully, improvements can be made in the future."
