We hebben van ons verblijf in Devonshire House heel erg genoten, de gastheer en vrouw gaven ons een zeer welkom gevoel. Ook kregen we heel veel informatie wat zeer welkom was over het openbaar vervoer of een wandeling naar het centrum. De kamers waren voortreffelijk! Enorm veel aandacht voor details, alles goed verzorgd, schoon en netjes. Ivm de hitte hadden we twee ventilatoren op de kamers. Ontbijt was super met uitgebreide koffie/thee faciliteiten op de kamer zelf. Een hele fijne B&B!

A very nice place to stay. Only a short walk to the center of Bath and the train station (though it is up a fairly steep hill). The proprietors were very friendly. The room was pleasant and had a great view down a valley behind the hotel.

Stayed for 2 nights to visit Bath Christmas Market. Lovely hosts. Sorted free parking for us opposite & ground floor room when I explained I had hurt my knee. Very convenient for Bath Centre. Just 20 minutes walk into town, but lots of buses. Bed super comfy, en suite room, super quiet. Definitely recommend. Definitely use again.

Stayed at the Devonshire house in December whilst the Bath Christmas markets were on. The Hotel is fantastic, even better than the pictures. We stayed in room which was very spacious and had all the facilities required including an iron & board just outside the room. The owners Louise & Chris are lovely and very accommodating. It was about a 20-25 minute walk down into Bath. I would recommend you pre book and pay the £5 / night parking as parking on the street is extremely limited. The paid parking is less than 5 minutes walk up the road. We will most definitely be returning.

I really enjoyed my 2 night stay. Very clean and tidy. The owners and staff are very friendly and helpful. I was sick with stomach problems and they were very sympathetic and helpful. The location is only a few minutes away by bus if you are not driving. It's up a hill so if you have luggage better to take a bus than walk. I found the #4A bus at platform 16 (not on the street side) at the bus station (beside the train station), to be quick, only a few minutes.

Very friendly welcome from Louise on our arrival, and great advice about where we could park for free.
Lovely spacious double room with comfy bed.
Great location on a bus route. Bus price very reasonable at £2 for a single journey.
Would recommend the £5 continental breakfast. Lovely fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereal, boiled eggs and warm rolls or croissants and jam. Great way to set you up for the day
