Gatto Bianco Casa Dei Venti

I booked apar**ent in Casa Dei Venti trough a Reserving.com to visit the country with my one year’s old daughter and my mum! After reading the comments of the owners being super nice I thought even though its not looking great but atleast people are plesant! Well thats not the experience we received. Maybe because It was a two women with a baby so they didnt had any respect! We came pretty late a round 10pm. They say they have a lift, but there was no lift for the people! And the lift they have only covers around 20 steps but in total its around 200 it took us nearly two minues to walk up without the bags.. the keys were left in the safe. I called for help with the suitcases and the pushchair! The man called Alexi he only pressed the button to operate the very unsafe lift. But the rest we had to carry our self. When we walkes into the room there was no AC working! I called again asking to put it on! The women on the phone said its not covered and we will have to pay extra 10euros every day for it. I said I dont care about it but I need this working because I have a small child with me! The women kept overtalking about the money and saying she doesn’t know when we cam have the remote control for AC! I got frustrated and raise My voice as I wanted to cry about the whole experience from the moment we came and worried for my daughter because of the heat inside the room! Womens husband comes to bring the Remote control, when i apened the doors he was so angry that I closed the doors a bit as I thought he will punch me , my daugther was in my hands so i only kept apologising! He kept threatening me to open the doors to tale the remote control and DoNt call anymore! I was in sock and scared not just for my self but most importantly for my daughter and my mum!! Since the moment we came there we would leave early and come late so we dont meet the owners or the receptionist. I was afraid to inform reserving.com as was afraid they would call them and will make the situation worse!! Which thats what happened! Reserving.com send me an email shortly saying that they did gave me a remote control, that there is no owner man and the receptionist is a women! The reserving.com emailed saying “we can try to find you another acomedation but we Cant promise “ Despite the aggressive man! And very unhelpful receptionist who IS A Man! I don’t recommend this place not just because of the aggressive owner! (Will find his name in a coments) but there is a lot of steps , the property is not clean, there are a lot of aunts , they say they change the towels every 2days and the sheets every 4, i had to ask to change the towels and the sheets and had to ask for the toilet paper. There are no kitchen towels. There are no a walking path in any direction to go to shops whcih are so close but it’s dangerous to walk! So you have to take a bus for 1 stop! The casa dei venti doesnt have a pool or a beach area! They have another hotel Aurora where they send people from Casa dei ve

We were denied a key to enter the room and told to dial a number for entrance. When we did, no one answered. It was very stressfull! They were not very customer friendly.

Bon séjour passé dans ce BnB si l'accueil est un peu impersonnel ( on ne voit personne) l'organisation est bonne et il n'y a aucun souci pour accéder au chambres Chambre confortable et bien équipée pour le café et autres biscuits et eau ( petit bémol pour le bruit enorme de l'eau quant elle coule dans la tuyauterie ( des chambres voisines douche ou WC) sinon fenetres bien isolées de l'extérieur Petit déjeuner parfait avec une dame très sympathique pour le service Wifi et clim OK (chambre no 3 ajouter le tuyau de douche flexible ca manque quand même - douche a effet pluie uniquement)

Scelto per la sua posizione eccellente, a due passi dalla stazione e altrettanto vicino al centro storico, all'università, alla principale via dello shopping, etc. Vi ho soggiornato per una sola notte, ma l'ho trovato confortevole nonostante qualche dettaglio da migliorare. Ottima la colazione, unica occasione per incontrare il personale, gentilissimo.

Buona la posizione, a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione e 15 dalla Bari vecchia. La struttura non è male ma le stanze hanno qualche difetto. Buona la colazione, molto disponibili le persone dello staff.

El alojamiento está muy bien situado en el casco histórico. Es un edificio antiguo restaurado y bien mantenido. La decoración es moderna y acogedora. Limpieza y servicio muy buenos. El personal es muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. La habitación es amplia y cómoda. Un establecimiento para recomendar!
