We zaten in een bijgebouw waar op zich niets mis mee was. De bedranden waren een en al schimmel. Kastdeur en badkamer deur piepje en schuurden over de grond zodat je in de nacht niet even zachtjes naar de toilet kon. Het restaurant was 5 van de 7 dagen niet open. Je zat aan de autoweg dus een stukje wandelen is geen optie.
Zonder auto heb je daar niets. Ontbijt bestond alleen maar uit ham kaas en ijskoude harde eieren
Alleen maar wit brood en een soort van roggebrood en heel veel cake en gebak. Kortom een zeer saai en oud hotel.

Subito dopo l’ingresso, appena entrati, la struttura si presenta capiente e ben curata, dotata di ampio parcheggio . All’interno, personale gentile, ma da qui inizieranno i veri problemi. La stanza (numero 13), nonostante sia dotata di un bel cortile, risulta molto semplice e non aderente alla descrizione in foto. Il bagno presenta condenza, e muffa in più punti, pavimento sporco e rovinato. Inoltre, la mancanza di una luce all’ingresso rende la luminosità di sera molto scarsa e non all’altezza del prezzo pagato. Alla reception viene indicato che la piscina è disponibile soltanto fino al checkout alle ore 11am, l’utilizzo successivo fino le 14pm richiede una cifra di ben €20 a persona aggiuntivi. Oltre i difetti già menzionati c’è da segnalare la presenza di ragnatele sul soffitto e di un ragno spuntato sul letto all’improvviso. La colazione si presenta poco assortita nonostante l’ottima location. Esperienza che verrà difficilmente ripetuta. Sconsigliato. Allego foto

Our room was nothing like the pretty rooms in the photos. Four major problems: 1) The pool was closed even though it was over 90 degrees Fahrenheit--they say they do not open the pool until June. This was nowhere on their website. 2) The room was hot and stuffy--but they said they could not turn on the air conditioner or fan. 3) They had a private party with music blaring until midnight. 4) They seem to have no sense of customer service. So when we complained about how hot and stuffy the room was, their attitude was, "too bad." They also lied to us repeatedly by saying things like, "The technician will be here tomorrow" when they knew full well that was not true In our experience, this was NOT a luxury hotel. The bed was fine and the breakfast was fine, but that's it. The hotel has NO grounds--do not expect to walk through a lovely estate.

It’s a beautiful property. Feels like old world,with a beautiful pool. There was a nice breakfast in the atrium.
The staff is very nice.
The spa services and outside bar/snack bar were not available

Generally the smallish Hotel was good. But what completely spoilt it as a b&b was having to order the breakfast via an app!! With dodgy Wifi in my experience. Life is stressful enough without apps for breakfast! The poor waiter spent half his time sorting people’s phones out! No phone, therefore unable to order??? Need an extra slice of dry bread? Do it via the app! Ridiculous and just a bit laughable. Even the Italians there were laughing at it. Sorry but we will not be back…..

Despite the heavy train strike in Italy now the hotel refuse to refund my money, not only unfair but greedy and embarrassing for any respected establishment.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS, no respect for tourism.

Beautiful place, lousy tub in our room, no shower no curtain, can’t stand up. Dangerous conditions for showering in the room we got.
The grounds and pool beautiful. The room was nice a bit dark.

This is not a luxury hotel or 4-star Hotel as advertised. Despite being tucked right next to the Motorway, the house and the compound itself is quite nice and has potential. However the service, upkeep and cleanliness of the whole place needs improving. The rooms and bathrooms are dark, old, the bed and linen were old and uncomfortable. Staff can barely speak English and communication was exhausting, as it led to a lot of misunderstanding. Breakfast was also very limited. Dining in general is extremely limited.
