I had a wonderful stay at APEC Mandala Hotel. The facilities were excellent, the room was beautiful, and every aspect of the hotel exceeded my expectations. However, what truly made this stay unforgettable was my butler, Dương. I arrived at the hotel feeling very unwell, and from the moment I checked in, Dương went above and beyond to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. He anticipated my needs before I even had to ask and genuinely cared about how I was feeling. His kindness, warmth, and attentiveness were unlike anything I’ve experienced at a hotel before. Not only was he incredibly professional, but he was also so friendly and funny. We were constantly laughing together, and he made me feel completely at ease despite travelling alone in a country where I didn’t speak the language. He never made me feel isolated. instead, he made me feel looked after like family. When I needed to withdraw cash, Dương personally took me to the ATM. Then, when I realised I’d need more than I’d originally withdrawn, he happily came back with me without hesitation. It was such a simple gesture, but it perfectly summed up his willingness to help with absolutely anything. The moment that really showed how exceptional he is was when he messaged to ask if I needed anything. I had fallen asleep and didn’t reply. Rather than assuming everything was fine, he actually came to my room to check on me because he was genuinely worried about my wellbeing. That level of care is incredibly rare and meant so much, especially when I wasn’t feeling my best. Dương didn’t just provide excellent service, he showed genuine compassion. His kindness, patience, and generosity transformed what could have been a difficult trip into one I’ll always remember for the right reasons. He is a true credit to APEC Mandala Hotel, and I sincerely hope the management recognises what an extraordinary employee they have. Thank you, Dương, for taking such wonderful care of me. You didn’t just make my stay better you made it unforgettable.

We really enjoyed our stay at the resort. The service was amazing, and the staff were friendly and always accommodating any requests. The resort is spacious, the breakfast offers a wide variety of options, and you can relax by the pool afterward, with the bar and restaurant open all day. We also highly recommend the massage service — we had a wonderful experience and an excellent massage with Anh and Gai. Overall, it was a great experience!

Ik had een aangename twee nachten verblijf in het resort. De kamers waren ruime en schoon, hoewel ik een paar antennes vond op de bureau. Het badkamerontwerp kon worden verbeterd, omdat het na het bad gewoon wat nat werd, wat een beetje ongemakkelijk maakte. Elke nacht verraste het resort ons met lokale zoetjes, die een mooie aanraking waren. Het personeel was vriendelijk en charmant. Ik was geen fan van het ontwerp van het resort; de overgegroeide bomen maakten het een beetje gevoel van gevoel, en er lijken veel insecten en mosquito's rond te zijn. Het zwembad was groot en warm, waardoor het leuk was voor zwemmen, en het strand werd goed onderhouden. Het ontbijt bood een goede variëteit, en ik genoot vooral de smoothies en boter. De ontbijtservice eindigde echter om 10:30 en toen ik rond 9:00 aankwam, was er minder voedsel beschikbaar dan vroeger. Ik vond de crème brûlée leuk, maar het werd niet vervolgens gere-vuld. Bovendien leek het personeel in deze tijd niet erg oppassend; ik moest hen eraan herinneren om mijn stapel platen te schoon te maken, zodat ik kon blijven eten. Bovendien was de dienst in het algemeen vrij goed. Ik zou kunnen overwegen terug te komen als ik weer Mui Ne bezoek.

Lovely hotel on a private, sandy beach. The beach front bungalows are very close to the sea and we loved to sit on the terrace. The hotel is spotless and the staff even collect the waste from the beach. Everyone is amiable. The restaurant is ideally located and offer delicious food. For me best hotel in place!

An amazing place to stay, suitable for families, groups of friends, or solo travellers who don't care about the typical downtown scene of Mui Ne, which can be quite loud and crowded. The hotel is located 30 minutes' drive away from town. The beach is right across the hotel, and you can get seafood at the restaurants by the beach. Alternative food options are available at diners located on the ground floors of various buildings. There are convenience stores for quick snacks and basic toiletries as well. Make sure to bring enough cash if you are a foreigner because most of the businesses there only take QR payment or cash. The nearest ATM is 15 minutes drive away, on the roadside. It can be a little troublesome if you have your own transportation as calling a cab via Grab or SM app will take awhile to get a driver, due to the location. Again, if you are just there to chill for a few days, you don't really need to leave that place. It was a last minute booking that was made on the same day, however, Huy contacted me moments after I booked the room and guided me on which bus company to book that'll bring me to the accomodation directly, and briefed me on the check in procedure. His help and support is much appreciated. I booked a queen bed and was given a twin bed upon check in. It was late (11pm) when I arrived due to traffic. Gratefully, Huy immediately helped resolve the issue by assigning me to another room in a different building. There were some issues with the door lock as well which he also immediately sent someone down to fix. Huy is always super responsive no matter the timing when I needed his help.

Beautiful & green resort, good F&B service from staff at restaurant nearby the pool & beachfront , careful pool attendants. Breakfast is variety of choices, service staff is not actively clean my table, just standby at the corner supervising around with doing nothing, I have had brought used tablewares to him/her several times, unfortunately and badly they all ignore my action without improving :( Check out is very slow at noon time with very hot lobby, should set up some electrical fans.

Thematically decorated hotel in pirate style which probably kids will be fond of. As for us looked pretty much artificial without some common facilities fr example no big lobby with convenient waiting area. Location is extremely inconvenient in some semi abandoned area. Rooms are high-end decorated and nice. At the same time hotel territory is not big and all the hotel services seems overpriced as for this city and location. Hotel beach is across wide highway, not at the hotel territory. Swimming pools are small and shallow which looked aimed at kids as well.

Большой отельный комплекс с бассейнами, сауной, хаммамом и своей инфраструктурой в виде кафе, магазинов и кофеен. Очень удобно. Цены чуть выше, чем в самом Муйне, но не критично. Есть свой пляж с лежаками. Комплекс расположен на возвышенности, непосредственно до ресепшена можно подняться на эскалаторе или возит электрокар. Есть собственный пляж. До центра Муйне примерно 20 км. Без байка не удобно. С байком запаривает кататься туда) Мы 5 дней проживали. Сам номер и комплекс нам очень понравился. Уборка ежедневная, посещение сауны входило в стоимость и бассейнов тоже. Красивый вид. Удобно спать и не слышно соседей. Отдохнули хорошо! Единственное, при бронировании было указано, что есть мини кухня, но по факту плитка не работала. Приготовить минимальный завтрак не получилось. Но для нас это было не критично, мы не обращались по этому поводу к персоналу.

Out of town but that's ideal for some. Amazing brand new facilities, staff really friendly and much improved compared to previous sub-optimal reviews re: service. It's clear that a lot of effort has gone into training staff. A great place to stay

Before I start. Let’s be clear, Apec Mandala Mui Ne is the main one that owns the buildings. However a bunch of “Condotels” use the Mandala name so “Mandala Breeze” is one of them. The communication is spot on before the trip. If you use Zalo they message you there and tell you the things you need to know. Also throughout the trip, extremely responsive to any questions I had. CHECK-IN Messaged when arrived and a girl came with the key cards (not the typical check-in style). She showed us to the room and took pictures of our passports. Also, they needed to keep one of the passports for some reason. But got it back at the end. FOOD: The Mandala Bay restaurant was for sure the main one for decent food! There are “lower level” kinds of restaurants around that offer very affordable and yummy food. (Bay Restaurant would be about 1-1.5M VND per meal on average for family of 3-4. Whereas the other more affordable places cost about 500k VND totally). AMENITIES: Swimming pools to the max. Very nicely kept pools and a nice kids playing mini water park was great. All pools have kids pools connected so it’s very family oriented. Didn’t get to check the gym out but looks good. The beach is easily accessible via exiting the hotel and asking the guard to send the golf cart to take you down. Beach is standard and nothing very special. Quite a lot of rubbish around and many crabs (which of course don’t need to worry about as they go down into their holes with any kind of movement from us.) Beach water is a little clear and at this time of the year (May) the water is warm! *Notable* - people were getting stung by what possibly are jelly fish. So, you just get lucky with that kind of thing. KIDS ACTIVITIES: They have a great kids play club. It costs extra and isn’t included in the hotel cost but it’s worth it. Unfortunately quite hot in there though! Kids also have the water park for themselves and the water slide (although the slide might rip your swimsuit a little!) *Notable* - Swimming Pools. If you are staying via one of the condotels then make sure the if your room includes the swimming pools, take the main key card pocket as you won’t be able to get towels to use or even use the pool as that is the part of the actual date you will check-out. The cards themselves have old dates and the lifeguards get confused and say you can’t use the pools so make sure you take the one that has the actual check-out date on it. CHECK-OUT: Simply message 30 minutes before the time and it will be ok. Very simple. All in all it was a great time. A couple of miscommunication issues but that’s to be expected. No real need to go out of the complex as they have everything there.
