"酒店位置很好，步行就可抵達廣場，還有早飯非常好。整個酒店沒有空調，特別説明一下。我在攜程預訂時，看見付款方式為信用卡付款。到底後前台説衹能現金，我聯繫攜程，攜程客服全程都是説代理商聯繫酒店，酒店前台電話沒人接，我就全程坐在前台，還要了酒店電話給攜程發過去，攜程説代理商説無人接聽，前台服務員就在全程刷Tik Tok。我自己和酒店協商後先入住第二天再付款。期間聯繫攜程依然是代理商無法聯繫酒店，後來我自己溝通酒店小哥騎摩託車帶我去了別家刷了卡交了房費，向攜程反應，攜程説退我150元人民幣，以上情況真實，我衹是陳述事實。酒店不錯，推薦入住。"

"Het personeel is vriendelijk en gastvrij, het ontbijtbuffet is uitgebreid, de faciliteiten en hygiëne zijn goed, het is er rustig en de locatie is niet ver van de toegangspoorten van het schilderachtige gebied. U kunt lopend naar het Paleisplein."

"This is a fabulous hotel! It is within 5 minutes walking distance to the famous world heritage site Durbar square. The hotel was beyond my expectations, the traditional design and elaborate wood carvings throughout the hotel make it very special. The rooms are thoughtfully decorated and very comfortable. The local handmade amenities in the room were made with natural ingredients and were a treat. All my meals were excellent and the hotel has an extensive menu. The staff were so attentive and helpful. The real highlight was getting to know the owners Ranjit and Anar. Their hospitality and warmth made me feel so welcome. I will definitely stay here again."

"Tulaja Boutique Hotel is located at a very strategic location, within walking distance to the Unesco heritage sites of Bhaktapur and easily accessible to restaurants and shops. I enjoyed having breakfast and dinner at the rooftop of the hotel. The room is clean and the staff are helpful"

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The service is top-notch. Rooms are very clean and they provide all the necessary amenities. We loved the view from our room and on a clear day, you can see the Himalayas. Breakfast buffet was lovely and the staff are so attentive and quick. Dinner at the restaurant was on the pricier side. We ordered a cheese pizza that tasted very bland and had to send it back. The chef added more cheese on top and reheated the pizza which made it worse. However, the waiter was very nice enough to send the pizza back again and removed it from our bill. Apart from that, we would definitely recommend this hotel and cannot wait to return."

"Hotel Country Villa was a great stay with some disappointments. The location is perfect with a great view from all around the hotel. The service and staff were great all around with some exceptions. I booked 3 rooms for a total of 5 people with non non-refundable plan but due to a decrease in the number of people from 5 to 4, the hotel agreed to cancel 1 room for free for us. Although the process took some time and some pushing from Trip.com agent I am grateful for the free cancellation. One of the rooms I booked, the Junior Suite was for my partner and me for a short honeymoon kind of stay. The room was well designed and had great views but the in-room Jacuzzi needs maintenance. The outdoor pool and Jacuzzi were also great and the pool staff let us use them more than the closing time. The disappointing part of the stay was during breakfast. The buffet was amazing but the glass I used for juice had lipstick stains which I noticed after drinking from it. I am a male who doesn't use lipstick so it was clearly not mine. When I complained to a staff member who seemed to be a supervisor of some sort, instead of an apology, he laughed and asked us ”Are you sure that it's not yours?” After that, he took the glass away and brought a new glass of juice but the juice was different from the one I was drinking. We were completely shocked by this as it was not a rookie staff that did this but rather a supervisor. Overall, we are satisfied with the whole stay but the lipstick on the glass has left a bad aftertaste."

"地理位置不錯，到巴德崗廣場及其他幾個廣場都是步行距離。特意選的遺產酒店，喜歡這種古樸的歷史感的裝修風格。應該用的是太陽能熱水器，熱水要等一會兒，不過水温還是令人滿意。住了兩晚享用了兩次早餐，一次是自助早餐，品種不算多，少而精，西式與尼泊爾本地風味均有。另一天因為住客較少，吃的是早餐套餐，選擇了尼泊爾當地風味，裏面包括了好幾種奶製品，都是冷的，如酸奶和加了水的稀酸奶，吃的胃有點不舒服，趕緊要了熱水。"

"Beautiful location looking out at the mountains from the terrace. Friendly staff was very helpful with suggestions and service. Breakfast was amazing with eggs, sausages, pancakes, toast, and fresh fruit!"

"i love atmosphere in this resort: fresh air, clean...and cool. we came in summer so the sky was changing drastically by hours but we are still lucky can see snow mountains on first day. On 2nd day, it s foggy cannot see anything but it s great experience to see how ocean of clouds flying in front of us. Food is ok but a bit higher than outside. Service is good, staffs are trained, they understand customer's needs and well supports"
