Hotels met bar in Surakarta

Honest review.. stay with the expectation of a 5-star hotel, but the experience is not comparable to the price. The lobby and check-in process are quite good, the welcome drink is refreshing, and the concierge helpfully carried the luggage. Basement parking is also relatively easy. Unfortunately, many important details reduce comfort. The door of the room does not have a stopper so it is often slammed loud and noisy. Soundproofing was not good, the sound from the next room was still heard. The room size is relatively small for the standard 5-star, and there is no minibar at all, even a paid one. For mineral water, use plastic bottles, not the premium ones with glass bottles. The lighting system was confusing and the bathroom lighting was too dim. There are 4 elevators but it is very slow.. there is often a buildup of guests. The pool area is also less well-organized such as having no concept and not weather-friendly because there is no shaded area. It's ridiculous, having to pay an extra 200rb for access to the whirlpool and jacuzzi. Breakfast was a disappointment: the menu options were less varied, the taste was standard, and the service was less warm (officers lacked smiles). Overall, I wouldn't really mind these things if the room price wasn't this muc, but with a rate above Rp 2 million per night, this experience is less worth it. Compared to 5-star hotels in Jogja and its surroundings, it is still quite far behind.

Ik ben hier voor Awwalusanah SMA ABBS Surakarta. Het hotel is mooi, schoon en ruikt naar kruiden zodra je de lobby binnenkomt. Het personeel is vriendelijk en aardig, het eten is ook heerlijk en de locatie is strategisch. Alleen toen ik de parkeerplaats van het hotel verliet, stond die bijna 15 minuten vol, omdat er maar twee automaten waren. Verder is alles goed. Ik kom de volgende keer terug ❤️

Hotel yg pernah jaya pada masanya. Kamar luas parkir luas pool besar. Kebersihan kurang mungkin karena bangunan lama. Staff jg sepertinya agak minim.. Tp masih cukup ok lah ac dingin, kulkas dingin walau kulkas lama hehehe. Cm kemarin shower air panas agak trouble tidak hangat & air kecil

Room was below average and you could see stains on the bedsheets. Room odour wasn't the greatest. Shower head was filthy. And you could hear noise outside your room door when people walked or talking. Check in staff wasn't professional as one would expect. They are just saying yes and ok to every things or request merely just to get rid of you. No follow up on things requested even though things that you have agreed upon checking in. Hopefully they would change for the better because they are serious competition in the city.

The hotel is good enough for the price. The room is clean and quite spacious but not big enough. The breakfast is also good, eventhough the variety of the food is not a lot. The location is good enough but the location is near the train station, so the sound of train is quite annoying if you are sensitive enough with the sound. But overall is good.

Good hotel and they share all the facilities with novotel hotel next to. But the reception a lil bit confusing about explaining where to go to the gym. Room are spacious, the exhaust fan in bathroom very well so no more wet floor. For food in room the noodle & crepes was good, but the tom yum a lil bit under expectation.

Suka tempat nya deket kmn2 pas bgt di depan Puro Mangkunegaran pas kesana lg ada even JD enak ada hiburan tp harus naik tangga di lantai 3 dg membawa koper besar 3 biji tapi thanks UD di bantu sama karyawan nya..🥰
