All was satisfactory except one thing: the staff didn't recognize Chinese passport as valid ID for Chinese citizens, which is absurd. "衞生還行，設施一般，該有的都有，就是比較舊了。總體是新農村的感覺，村裡有養牛不可避免地會聞到牛屎味。 值得一提的是風景真的很好，這裡是離高黎貢山最近的村莊，老闆家出門就有一個觀景平台，拍遠處的山和雲很方便，特別出片。 老闆很熱情，缺什麼有什麼事兒都可以問老闆，吃飯都是在老闆家裡吃的，可以點菜，價格也很合適的。下山的車也是老闆幫忙叫的拼車。 老闆家自己做的芒果乾很值得一嘗，我吃着好吃，買了一堆寄給親朋好友。"

CChuen BuanA super amazing and cosy hotel located on the middle of the mountain. There are many highlights during our stay. The rooms are very clean and facilities are sufficient. The breakfast is another highlight. So sumptuous and organic and healthy but yet very tasty. The chef are really skillful and able to whip out many different dishes. All look and taste so good. The view in this hotel is unbeatable. We were there in Dec and the sunset view is very beautiful. Another key highlight is the people managing the hotel. It’s a family owned hotel and everyone is so friendly and loving. Always so helpful. Many time we were just outside the deck to admire the sunset and it’s getting cold, suddenly someone will come to us with hot tea, fruits and snacks. Thank you for the wonderful stays

GGastgebruikerSuper clean and spacious with high ceiling height! Just opened recently so everything is new. There is also a cafe at the ground floor with books which is super chill for spending an afternoon with. Alternatively, I had a great tea time at the balcony with sun bathing. Washing machine is also available for use which is a big plus for me. The owner is super friendly as well, had a nice long chat with him about his travel experiences in various countries. Spent only 1 night here is a bit short, will definitely come back next time with friends~

SSWEE KIM ONGWe are very happy to book and stay at Yunman Shanting homestay. This will be our first choice if we want to stay at Heshun Ancient Town. The room is clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast consists mainly Chinese food like noddles soup, mantou etc. The homestay provides grilled tea, fruits and walnuts for guests in the night. It was a good experience as various guests gathered around the charcoal grill for chit chat while the staff grilled the tea and fruits. Complimentary tea and coffee was provided in the nicely decorated tea and coffee room. There is a rooftop garden and terrace where guests can view the sunset and take nice photos. The location is good and convenient as cars can drive to the doorstep and park at the homestay.

GGastgebruikerThe pick up service was-very good. The driver Xiao Mao was very friendly to give me a lot of information about the city on the way to the hotel. All the staffs at the front desk were very helpful too.I liked very much the breakfast but it was a-pity that the hotel did not serve dinner.lt caused me problem to search restaurant for food especially during raining nights. As the road in front the hotel was under construction, it made me to walk in the muddy path. I loved and appreciated the good services provided by the hotel, and the sweet fungi soup served at about 8:30pm every night was really enjoyable. As l am 80 years old now, l may not have chance to visit again but l will surely recommend the hotel to my friends if they come to Tengchong next time.

EeCupNoodleWe had just spent 3 nights at this B&B and loved our stay there very much. The manager on duty, Mr Wang, picked us up from the airport. Helped us settle in. We then wandered around the ancient town, which was a very nice place to explore as well. He assisted us with booking an onsen session at another resort in the area (20-minute walk). Also helped us with booking rental car, making travel plans, booking ride to Baoshan Railway Station. He and his crew were friendly, genuinely kind, attentive, always offering to assist. Room was super comfortable. Design was simple but very nice. He designed the decor himself. Given the chance, I would love to come back and stay again (longer, hopefully).

The in-room hot spring bath was a particular highlight, allowing us to unwind and enjoy a private, soothing experience throughout our stay. The staff demonstrated consistent professionalism, complemented by warm and attentive hospitality, which further elevated the quality of our visit. We were very satisfied with our overall experience and would confidently recommend this hotel.

LLuvMinSuNuangi Homestay Ik heb e-mails naar Nungui via trip.com op 24 Nov en 30 Nov om te voorzien voor een complimentaire pick-up. Ik heb geen antwoord op mijn 2 e-mails. Ik belde Nungui via trip.com op 1 Dec voordat ik naar TengChong ging, een dame antwoordde op de telefoon, ze bleef erop dat ze mijn twee e-mails niet had ontvangen, maar beloofde te regelen ophalen. Toen we in TengChong kwamen, werden we opgehaald en afgevallen bij de ingang van HeShun en een GPS-map gedeeld locatie en verteld om ons te vinden naar de minsu na het eten omdat hun personeel/hoofd weigerde te ontmoeten en ons te greeten bij de HeShun ingang. Toen was het rond 9.30pm. Ondanks de GPS-mapdeling, hebben we lang wandelen rond de donkere, smalle, rustige straten van HeShun op zoek naar iets te eten en daarna de minsu locatie. In het eind konden we de minsu niet vinden. Er was niemand om te vragen om durecties en het was vrij donker en zeer koud. Bij ongeveer 11.15pm we eindelijk opgegeven kijken en riep de minsu om ons te vinden en ons naar de minsu te brengen. Ze antwoordden pas na een paar minuten van gesprek. Gelukkig hebben we gedwongen om te bellen, we hadden de minsu nooit zelf gevonden. De minsu zelf was geweldig, comfortabel en schoon. De locatie is comfortabel (wanneer u weet waar het is en hoe u er terechtkomt). De Minsu-personeel nam onze bagage de hele weg, van de luchthaven naar de Minsu, wat zeer nuttig was, ik zou het niet naar de Minsu doen als ik mijn eigen bagage moest dragen, omdat veel HsShun straten ongelijk zijn, bergachtig en veel stappen. De enige opstap was de badkamer. We dachten dat het niet werkte omdat er geen warm water uit de warme waterput kwam. Na 3 nachten verblijf, ontdekten we later dat de taps onjuist geïnstalleerd waren, C water tap betekende warm water en de andere manier rond. Ook al blijft u in Minsu in HeShun, u moet nog steeds tickets betalen, dat werd niet aangetoond op de Minsu details.

GGastgebruikerThe resort is new so location was not yet too familiar. But the property messaged us on hoe to find the exact location. There is butler service that we availed. Service was excellent. Managed by young people who are attentive to our needs. We booked a 2 bedroom French-inspired suite. Impressed with the interior and the room design. Loved the heated floors at night. There is a beautiful electric fire place inside the room. The living room is very inviting and generous. There is a private bath per room with private hot spring connected to the tub. Bed and linens were comfortable. Breakfast was alacarte but sufficient and delicious. Offering local healthy produce and food. They also offer Spa services which we didn’t have the time to avail.

GGastgebruikerWe are a group of 12 Malaysian who spent 5 days 4 Nights at Tengchong. The lady boss - 素素 is very nice and friendly. The hotel provided airport transfer and was picked up by the lady boss personally. Rooms are big and with all amenities. Location of the hotel is also quite convenient. Nearby a lot of local restaurants. Right opposite the hotel is the bus station where we could book or charter bus to travel back to KunMing. Front desk staffs were very friendly and helpfully. Breakfast is delicious. The hotel could arrange for our local tour to TengChong and 芒市 tour at a very reasonable package tour.

GGastgebruiker本來訂的是另外一個院子，老闆給升級成了荷畔大床房，視野不錯，如果是荷花開的季節肯定更好看。樓下就是咖啡店，裝修很有格調。交通相對古鎮裏面的民宿來説比較方便，在古鎮的西邊，汽車可以直接到，衹是離古城中間相對來説遠一點。木質結構的房子隔音不是很好，樓下有條小路會有車過，稍微有點吵。店家服務很棒，還到遊客中心來接。晚上回來在樓下壁爐烤火，喝着紅茶很愜意。早餐也不錯。強烈推薦！
