Absolutely amazing stay. Every staff member we met was hospitable and helpful from the very start of the reservation process. The hotel location is perfect: not only inside Baščaršija with its cafes and restaurants, but next to a supermarket and a drugstore. The hotel has its own parking lots located in a one-minute walk. We had a room on the third floor (yes, there's an elevator) with a nice view on the Gazi Husrev-beg mosque. The room was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed. The breakfast was good, a couple of dishes changed every day. The hotel is highly recommended.

The hotel is in the perfect location, scenic and near restaurants, shops etc. It is walking distance to old town and a lot of the sights, like the cable car, the wooden fountain, historical mosques, city hall, eternal flame, museums, markets, etc. The hotel is super clean and the staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The room itself was huge, bed was very comfortable, bathroom was fantastic, you’re given toiletries and tea, coffee etc. Breakfast each morning was fresh and tasty, buffet style with a variety of juices and coffees/teas, ate so much! Used the sauna which is free and you book sessions with the reception staff. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again when I visit Sarajevo Bosnia again, loved it! Behalve dat het heel dicht bij de voetgangersstraat Grand Bazaar ligt, zijn er geen andere voordelen. Grand Bazaar is ook een plek waar je niets kunt kopen in Yiwu, China! Zodra ik het hotel binnenkwam, glimlachte de receptionist nooit. Ik boekte een deluxe kamer met uitzicht op de bergen en zei dat de hoge verdieping een goed uitzicht had, maar ik gaf het opzettelijk naar de eerste verdieping en het was luidruchtig sluit de gordijnen voor privacy! Het beddengoed is erg ruw en de quilt is te klein en dun! Het ontbijt was ook verschrikkelijk. Na vier keer rondlopen wisten volwassenen en kinderen niet wat ze moesten krijgen. Er was echt niets te eten! Zeer slechte ervaring!

I consider myself as experienced traveler and this was the best hotel I have stayed in. Every single thing was planned in detail and delivered in perfect- best quality food, amenities in a hotel and the kindest people- reception, cleaners, kitchen crew. Thank you for this amazing experience. Definitely planning to come back.

We verbleven in het penthouse-appartement met 4 slaapkamers De toiletten hebben een slechte scheiding tussen natte en droge ruimtes. Als gevolg daarvan heeft ons toilet waterplassen en droogt het gebied uit. Over het algemeen was ons verblijf daar goed.

Ну что ж, один из самых низкооцененных мною отелей, не скажу что прям совсем ужасно, но как будто бы можно лучше. Лайк за мужчину который забрал чемоданы со скоростью звука, не успев выйти из такси и поставить поклажу на землю. Лайк, что нашли пуль от кондиционера, потому что в эти дни была температура 30 и хотелось бы перед сном уснуть в прохладе. - Начнем с расположения, находиться высокооооо в на горе, если будете ходить пешком, то там просто максимально не удобная дорога, на повороте к отелю даже перейти дорогу невозможно нормально. Или такси или риски, что добраться вниз :D но, но, до автобусной станции минут 10(10€), до аэропорта минут 15-20 ехать (20€), в принципе жить можно. До старой части города минут 40 пешком или 40 минут на трамвае или автобусе, проезд стоит 1.8 местной марки. - Номер: был чрезвычайно маленьким, меньше чем я был в Токио, прикроватный люстры, которые на уровне головы, сделал издеватель какой-то, постоянно из головой замечаешь, можно же было из разнести по сторонам, к чему было так делать... Так как моло места, мало полок и совсем вытекающим. Места супер мало, 2 чемодана и все, перешагиваешь их, чтобы пройти в уборную. - Завтрак. Нууу, слабенько, совсем простенько, всего лежит так мало, что переживаешь, если возьмёшь дополнительный кусочек чего либо, другим не хватит. Не то, чтобы прям совсем убого, но ожидаешь чего-то более. Не то, чтобы я был привередой каким-то, но завтраки ни о чем... - Люди. Приветливые, готовые помочь и исправить что могут в меру своих сил, наверное доп бал именно за них и накинул. Может мне достался просто такой маленький номер, не знаю, но ещё раз, я скорее бы не стал у них останавливаться(( в любом случае спасибо за прием, а да, хотелось бы ещё оставить номер замечательного водителя, который готов вас отвести куда угодно, ну в пределах разумного и не за Овер прайс **** ** *** ***, очень вежливый, пунктуальный и общительный молодой человек, который не обманет и за оговоренную сумму привезет вас в нужное место. Да и вообще, мне как жителю России было приятно находиться в Боснии, все приветливые, радушные, можете приехать к нам и будетe видеть супер понурые и унылые лица, везде :DD а тут заряжаешься позитивом))

Классный отель, но не без минусов. Плюсы: -Локация отличная. Много пеших маршрутов от отеля вверх, красивый вид вокруг , в т.ч. из окна. Эстетика однозначно. - Шикарный завтрак. Большой выбор, вкусно. - Просторные номера. - Детская комната и спа зона. Минусы: -Я не увидела этого в описании, отель халяльный и , соответственно, на территории нет никакого алкоголя. Поэтому кто хочет расслабиться с бокалом вином вечером - привозите с собой. - Долго не могли найти наше предоплаченное бронирование. - В номере лежала открытая пачка использованных ватных дисков + в шкафу висел один халат с ободранными петлями для пояса. - Очень много насекомых в номере. - Персонал приветливый частично, были очень доброжелательные работники, но были кто и откровенно общался как будто мы к ним в дом бесплатно заявились. - Выбор в ресторане по меню маленький и ещё части блюд нет Вывод: отель очень красивый, но на пару дней, больше можно соскучиться

Hotel was good. It's a simple hotel with everything you need if you're just looking for a spot to comfortably sleep and shower with the privacy of an own room. It's close (walking distance) to the old city. The people who work in the hotel are very friendly. Only downsides are the breakfast which had quite limited options and the very steep hill you have to climb in order to reach it.

Wonderful location and such friendly staff. Willing to accomodate and help in any way. I requested early check-in and they allowed for me to have that after my 25 hour journey. It was really warm in my room and I requested a portable fan and they were so quick in bringing it over.

Hotel service was very bad. Rooms were not clean. Although We asked slippers twice, they didnt bring. There was A construction going on nearby. It was so noisy. Absolutely awful experience – avoid at all costs! I’ve stayed in many places before, but this was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. Some of the staff were incredibly rude and couldn’t care less about the guests. They acted like they were doing us a favor just by being there. The bathroom, especially the toilet, was unbelievably cramped and dirty – completely unacceptable. Honestly, this place doesn’t deserve a single star. It was a waste of money and time. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone – even walking past this hotel would ruin your day. Stay away! The only thing I can say positive was location.
