De kamers zijn zeer mooi en schoon, ze hebben een geweldig ontbijt inbegrepen voor gasten, betrouwbare WiFi, prachtige kunst, een geweldig uitzicht op de waterval, en het beste van alles - AMERICK PERSONEN. Onze eerste dag daar, een van de eigenaren heeft ons persoonlijk een dagreis naar Puyo geboekt en toen er verschrikkelijk verkeer was, hebben ze gecoördineerd met onze chauffeur terug naar Quito om een taxi te nemen ons om hem te ontmoeten. U zult goed voor de La posada worden!"

"We arrived at the hostel, and as soon as we got there, my wife was treated very poorly by the owner. He complained that we had not replied to his WhatsApp messages. He also told us that our reservation did not include a private bathroom, and that because we had arrived with a dog, we had to pay an additional $15 for the reservation. The owner was also rude about our dog, saying that she was a big dog and must weigh a lot. Our dog is a well-trained Labrador. He also told us that he would not provide parking because the parking area was public, meaning that we would have to leave our car on the street. In Ecuador, it is not recommended to leave cars parked on the street because of crime, especially since the area around the hostel did not seem very safe. To make our experience even worse, the owner forced us to cancel the reservation, even though we are a family traveling without a small child. Unfortunately, we had this unpleasant experience, but we managed to turn things around by going to Baños. For just a few dollars more, we had a wonderful time there!"

"593 Hotel Boutique Banos had a great location and Paul was very helpful and accommodating with services during our stay. However, I have been very frustrated at my efforts to receive a refund after cancelling one of our nights well in advance of hotel policy and never receiving a refund. I sent multiple emails and also spoke directly to the desk upon arrival and they still have not refunded me for the cancellation. Very disappointed in the lack of effort to handle this when I followed the protocol for a full refund. For this reason, I would not stay in their hotel again."

"This place is your waking nightmare. If you feel like you don’t want to be able to sleep at night at all, this is the place to go. From having absolutely no isolation from street noise, or even any isolation from noise in the hallway, may as well sleep on the street. Pillows are paper thin, service is absolutely horrible."
