Dirty, Bad service, no one helped us at the counter,I would never come back. Desde que llegamos en la recepción no nos ayudaron. Pedí una llave adicional y no quisieron entregarnos. En la habitación habían papeles higiénicos sucios en la cama. Cuando pedimos ayuda no quisieron darla. No lo recomiendo.

The Selina was in a great location. Our stay came with a welcome drink & breakfast which were very good! We decided to have dinner there too with our complementary drink. The food was very good & even reasonably priced for the quality! The view from scenic roof top restaurant topped it all off for a great experience! It is perfect for backpackers & weekend trips. Once checked out they will store your luggage & you are still able to shower & nap in the lobby accommodations. The staff was bilingual, welcoming & helpful!

I recommend Selina, because it is a place where there are many things to do, from free Salsa classes for guests, to Yoga in the morning, comfortable rooms, a super cool roof top, where you can have breakfast looking at the waterfall. It is very well located and as a destination to visit one of the top in the city.

I love this place! Located downtown, a few minutes from bars, thermal baths and restaurants (although the food at Selina's is delicious!). Whether you want to chill at the accommodation or go for an adventure - like rafting, you are in the right hands with the Selina staff! With the help of Quito Bike Tours, we went on an amazing trip, from seeing waterfalls to a beautiful park up in the mountains filled with flowers and some huge swings. I can’t wait to come back here one day.

The staff never responded to any requests through their WhatsApp number. In fact, in order to update a reservation I had made and get questions about it answered, I had to contact Selina support directly. On my first day, I got served cold scrambled eggs for breakfast. The curtains on my bathroom were too short, so the bathroom always flooded after I took a shower. But by far the worst part of the experience was the day they had a university group over. They had a party that lasted until 5AM with VERY loud music. The rooms had no insulation whatsoever and no earplugs either. The party was right above me, so I went all night hearing chairs and tables being dragged on the floor, people screaming in the hallways and loud, VERY LOUD music. Definitely the worst Selina experience ever

Well located, good price and quality service.
The only thing that I didn’t like was that the room was not as clean as it should. There was trash under the bed

Excellent place, clean common areas, the best rooftop in Baños, very tasty food, very good cocktails and above all the vibe of the friendly staff, outstanding and always willing to help. I will definitely come back soon.
