"Het was een geweldige tijd. Onze driepersoonskamer was zeer ruime. De restaurants hadden een breed scala aan eten. Het personeel, hoewel sommigen moeilijk ons te begrijpen waren allemaal zeer handig en vriendelijk. De dienst was uitstekend in het restaurant. Het was gewoon ongelooflijk, zo veel verschillende manieren om te koelen en te ontspannen."

"Amazing time amazing service amazing value for your money fantastic food and fantastic staff ( especially Bobby the bartender in Ascalon Bar ). Our apartment looked luxurious the facilities were great with a pool, hot tub, steam room and sauna , the food was lovely and very well priced and our Barman Bobby gave us a 5 star experience we are coming back next year !!!"

"The Spa is to small ,pool ,steam bath ,sauna , jacuzzi was a bit dirty, doesn't look like on the pictures also the lobby bar is to small and the room which we had was 2 single beds not comfortable with hard pillows ,when we was having shower all the bathroom was full with water on the floor . I had massage for 30 min and the lady cut like 6 min earlier my mistake that didn't ask why. Also it was to noisy to many kids running early in the morning like 7 am so not possible to sleep a bit more like at least 9am. Its more like for family with kids this hotel but if you go as a couple or friends who wants to relax I don't recommend."

"Please read my honest review. I will start by saying I would have give the hotel 7/10 but felt bribed by the hotel on exit to provide them with a 5/5 review to enter a draw for a free weekend stay at the hotel. I can’t help but feel that many of their reviews have been bought which doesn’t sit well with me. We stayed at the Kempinski hotel which is definitely better (and more expensive) than the Regnum. Regnum breakfast is average but I wasn’t expecting amazing. There was lots of choice but not much actual quality for me. The location is a walk from the slopes so if you are staying here rent skis close to the gondola and be prepared to walk instead of getting a crowded bus some days. Pool and downtime areas are ok but slightly overcrowded. Staff helpful. Room was pretty good but basic 3* Good clean stay but clearly resentment felt from buying reviews"

"Great hotel for our first family skiing holiday. We stayed half board and in the 2 bedroom apartment. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. The food was wonderful- but if you have fussy eaters you may struggle as there’s no chips and chicken nugget type options. The spa was brilliant and a welcome treat after a day of skiing. The whole hotel was really child friendly and welcoming. We will be returning."

"Dit hotel hielp me “uithalen” in een prachtige manier van ontspanning en voeding terwijl ik Bulgarije ontdekte. De kamer is ruime, heeft een privé-balkon, bevat een prachtige reeks bad- en schoonheidsproducten, waaronder de grote pompversies van shampoo/conditioner/lotion/badwas, evenals individuele goedkope schoonmaakwater zoals mikkelaar! De rode splashes van weefsel met houten meubels werken goed. Er is zowel een douche als een afzonderlijke buis! De q tips zijn beter dan Q-tips! De sportschool is geweldig en open 24/7. De zwembadjes en saunas en stoomkamers zijn open tot 9; mijn favoriete na een zwembad waren zowel de parfumkamer op 45 C en dan de Finse sauna op 90 C. De nabijheid van de stad is perfect."

"The hotel inform it has a spa but this is not the truth. The pool is an absolute disaster, nothing like a spa, there are children playing, splashing and screaming, with boards, floats... I insist, if you are looking for a quiet spa, get away from here. About the rooms, the furniture is downright shabby, of poor quality and ugly, although the room is huge, so with only 1 air conditioning split for 2 rooms, it does not reach the bedroom and it is very hot in summer. And for the 1st time in my life, the tea and coffee they leave in the room ARE NOT complimentary!! The hotel is in an abandoned area, where there is nothing around, only half-built buildings that have been abandoned, the adventage is that it's very easy to park the car. The staff is not very friendly/smiling in general but M. Sivkov deserves special mention for his rudeness and for not knowing how to treat customers and expect them to do his job. Globaly, it's a place I don't recommend and I will choose another hotel for sure if I come back to Bansko."
