The account manager at the front desk has to make a point, it's just too embarrassing. I've lived in so many five-star hotels and no one speaks to customers like him. I have had good times earlier staying at Treebo hotels but did not get that wow feeling at Greenwood premier this occassion. The property is getting old and average feel on maintainence. Linens are not clean, bath fittings are all rusty. The wardrobes are dusty and no provision of good hangers or clips for clothes. Could also find mosquitoes in bed room. Breakfast was below standards and barely any choice to eat and hence rest of the days preferred having outside. Wishing that such a good location is not wasted for want of maintenance and happy stay.
