When I arrived earlier, I got early check in. I choose junior suite room and its big, clean, and excellent design. Then also all staff excellent perform and helpful. Thank you special for Runi, Chani, GRO team, and Mahendrq and also Sadrasa Team. Also thank you for aurprised birthday cake for my daughter. Thank you and I will ne back

Truly a 5 star experience. You could feel the hospitality of every staff here. They serve with smile and try to engage with the guest a lot. I checked-in in the morning and left my luggage and returning in the evening , greeted by the same Reception that helped with checked-in in the morning. She still remembers me and immediately handing the Room key upon seeing me. Breakfast was marvelous. There was many variety of food from american breakfast to Asian dishes. My favourite drink was the teh tarik and they have many pastry selection. The waitress also very friendly. During my stay, they even remembered my preference. My only suggestion is to improve the quality of cafe selection for room services. My previous order was Hot chocolate. Overall it's a great place to stay and definitely worth coming back.

Perfect weekend stay. Beautiful hotel, spacious rooms, amazing staff and delicious food. The garden with the waterfall and fish bonds were added bonus. The swimming pool area with life music in the evening was also lovely. I also enjoyed the coffee shop with different varieties of coffee.

Old rooms need reno.. not enough power points.. bedside no PowerPoint to charge phone. Bathroom very old and needs work. Pool has cracked tiles need repairs. Old gym so didn’t use. Internet would often disconnect randomly and annoying. Good location for weekend and night activities. Concierge Mr Sugeng and other concierges were the friendliest and helpful during my time that made me thru the week.

What a great place to stay. The hotel is located nearby malls and street food location. When we arrived the welcoming was super. The professionalism of the employees behind the desk was suburb . The next contact we made was with Erwin, we were exploring the hotel and when he saw us he gives us a good impression what the hotel us could bring, sending us to the roof top bar to see the city. The next employee Deman, He is the bartender at the pool. Super friendly and helpful. He arranged our drinks and food and always with a smile. (Thanks for the green morning drinks) Thanks Demon and Erwin for your help. Last but not least I want to thank the Iswan. Every morning we met him with a big smile at the breakfast. He provided us with information about the city. So we could make a program for the day. Great support and many thanks for your help and sandwich and drink when we left by car. For all who will read this, when you visit Bandung please book you room in this hotel. I have been in so many hotels in whole Indonesia but this hotel is in my top three. Terima kasih banyak and till next year.

Its all good..top to toe...from check in, room is clean (Pillow, curtains ok), Bathroom clean, variative breakfast menu (Sate ayam, sate padang, siomay, bandros its delicious ) thats what I like. Worth it spend our holiday in this hotel.

I came at 11 o'clock in the night, in my reservation I asked for that wifi is tight, and no smoking. I was given a room at 1, the room was quite dark and old, the wifi was absolutely a bit, alias off line. The bed has a dirty quite dirty, especially on the bottom of the bed looks clearly like there is white/ yellow splashing dirt. The towels are rough and yellow. Breakfast without a variation. Oh yes the room is a bit scary ya1 but the location is quite strategic. Please upgrade management. Because this hotel used to have a good brand, so it has been upgraded. Dear three star class but the condition is not as bad as the Oyo/ airyroom class that maintains the comfort of the room. For the pool is cold and when it takes the restaurant in the morning, it's gonna be hard.

This is a brief impression of the hotel from a one day meeting. I didn't stay. The hotel looked clean, well maintained and smart . The conference room staff seemed efficient and courteous. The buffet lunch with our group of 60 was surprisingly tasty and enjoyable, in contrast to many boring buffets! On that basis I'd be happy to stay there (it was full for the dates I needed).

Good location, quite central and surrounded by some great restaurants. It's also a few minutes away to RedWhite Star bus company that run direct services to Jakarta airport. But sadly on the first morning, both of us woke up covered in bites only to find very very small insects crawling on the bed and side cabinets. We complained and were shown another room which was infested just as badly. Then shown a third room which was better but still found insects crawling everywhere, so they fumigated the room, using anti-bug spray and then cleaned the room which we then moved into. Then it was fine, no sign of insects and no bites - all good. Some staff very apologetic, some staff just useless. But just something we really didn't want to be dealing with, especially as virtually no staff spoke English (or French or Spanish). Breakfast was also pretty bad, key cards to the room kept losing their info and wi-fi was awful (and also kept logging out!). We will be returning to Bandung but won't be booking here again!

The room was clean, even though the bed was a little bit too soft but turned out it was comfortable that I slept very well that night. The breakfast surprisingly taste good, for me it’s definitely worth every penny! Just one thing that need to be improved, the hospitality of the staff at the restaurant should’ve been better or more friendly, but overall I will come back to stay at Mercure Nexa S. Thank you.

We stayed in room 216, friendly receptionist, along the hallway to the dirty room, lots of dust & spooky The room is dirty, smells of cigarettes, dusty everywhere... there's a lot of trash in the cupboard, lots of empty aqua bottles and dust (how come..., this hotel is really weird...!!!) Dirty toilet, dirty closet, dust, smell..... the sofa is dirty, lots of dirty and dusty spots, the carpet is really dirty, makes the soles of the feet black like playing on the asphalt.. We were only 30 minutes in the room, immediately checked out and moved to another hotel... It's a shame the hotel is in a strategic location, at a price that's not cheap, but it's not maintained.. Very..very disappointing...
