The hotel staff is exceptionally kind from the front desk to the cleaning staff. The location is a few blocks from the harbor and located next to Lexington Market. The breakfast was good with a waffle machine, eggs, sausage, yummy oatmeal with a wide variety of add-inns. Blueberry compote and candied pecans were my favorites. The room is spacious and clean with comfy beds and pillows. Overall I definitely would recommend. It's was a great price for the service. Newly renovated!

The hotel is beautiful. The parking sitiation is horrible. They didn't want to tell me that there is a parking garage scross the street. The valet parking is $40 & thet drive ypur car the that garage. The streets in that area are not clean and had many homeless.

The property itself was really nice . I didn’t like that you have to insert your room key for the lights to turn on. I also felt like there wasn’t enough brightness in the room. The staff were great .

The check in and check out process was super fast and easy.
Parking is not included. They offer valet parking for $40 or you can park at a near by garage.

Very surprised that there was no restaurant in the hotel. Staying in a hotel for five days and having to eat fast food the entire time is ludicrous.

Comfy room, quiet, friendly staff, nice breakfast (good coffee!) also enjoyed the on-site bar. Friendly helpful staff, close to Hippodrome and other cultural attractions and not too far from Inner Harbor.

Great location in the Arts District. Very inviting. Staff were awesome and accomdating; check in a breeze; hotel is clean. The room, hotel lobby and bar are immaculately kept...hats off to housekeeping; the bed was very comfortable. Felt safe, conveniently located to the theatres. Great experience!

Love that it is built into an old bank. The front desk clerk was very nice and recommended dinner options. Walkable to where I am needing to go.
