"Premier Inn spec , land lord gave great service . Can't knock the place really only negatives were cost. I spend approx 2 months a yr in hotels around the UK and abroad. Hotel should have been around the £70 mark really or deffinately included breakfast for the £227 for 2 nights ( reduced rate too ) . If it had been £70 a night I'd happily use it as a regular stop off."

"De heerlijke accommodatie. Sofa plus tafel en stoelen, zink en theemakers met koelkast. Verse en moderne. Sommige linnen en handdoeken ontbraken, maar de gastheer verstrekte hen op contact. Veel eetplaatsen handig en had kunnen lopen door het meer als we tijd hadden."

"Good central location. Reasonably sized room. Clean. I found the bed quite comfortable, but my wife didn’t, and as it was a double that can only be personal taste. Check in via the bar, and they helped with luggage. Managed to get a parking space right outside, but there is also a car park across the road with 2 EV chargers. Restaurant was closed the night we were there. Didn’t have breakfast. Nice walk to the edge of the Loch quite close by. A one night stay which We would have no issue repeating."

"Had a very pleasant stay , thank you to the front desk for arranging our preferred room type with ease. Pleasant clean room with a bath tub and a quiet area to get a good sleep. We didn't have breakfast included but purchased at the hotel , the full Scottish breakfast was fantastic and very tasty . The location is perfect , there is a bus stop outside that can take you to various points of loch lomond and the buses take contact less too."

"We called at Balloch just to break a long road journey and get some petrol. We didn't know anywhere, so just picked this unprepossessing place at random. We were very pleasantly surprised. The welcome was warm and the service charming. Apart from bar drinks there was proper coffee available (I was driving). Food was straightforward with a few specials. I had the soup of the day (lentil) and it was excellent, served with a warm crusty roll. Prices very reasonable. An excellent lunch."
