"I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Capital Zimbali, and it was a fantastic experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. The location is perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions. The breakfast was delicious, offering a great variety of options. Overall, I highly recommend The Capital Zimbali and would definitely stay here again."

Hampshire Hotel - Ballito

"When we checked in the room had a terrible musky smell. It seemed to of been water damaged and not properly dried up and cleaned thereafter. We complained to the front desk and were sent to another room with the exact same issue. We complained again and were then sent to a third room but the furniture had water damage, the shower silicone grouting had mould and the toilet didn’t fill up after flushing. Eventually the manager came to us and apologised and arranged for a fourth room which was much better than the first three. One of the nights other guests were drinking and partying till the morning, slamming doors and screaming. The restaurant and bar were extremely quiet and looked extremely dull. The hotel seemed extremely quiet for peak season in an holiday town and now I understand why."

"Luxe locatie met een zwembad met uitzicht op de zee. Met de trap naar beneden sta je zo op het strand. Fijne plek om te relaxen en goede ligging nabij het vliegveld van Durban. Het eten is van hoge kwaliteit. Nette en ruime kamers maar soms wel wat gehorig."

"We hadden hier twee nachten voor we naar huis gingen en hadden gemakkelijk meer kunnen doen. We hadden geluk genoeg om in de Penthouse suite te blijven, die zo comfortabel was en de uitzichten waren geweldig. Het zwembad was ook mooi, net als de rest van de accommodatie. We hadden echt goede communicatie van Katie voordat we aankwamen en Jacque was zo vriendelijk en handig toen we daar waren. Op beide nachten rijdde ze ons naar waar we wilden gaan eten en we gebruikten de lokale taxibedrijf om ons thuis te krijgen. Het is een 20 minuten lopen naar het strand en er zijn een paar restaurants en winkels daar. Ik zou het zeer aanbevelen en zeker terugkeren."

"The hotel has a large balcony, but the balcony is connected to the next door, so you must close the doors and windows at night. The hotel does not have a hair dryer. The hotel is very old. It is a renovation of an old house. It has its own swimming pool and beach, but I don’t know how to get down to the beach."
