This newly renovated, oceanfront one of a kind, third-floor condo is located in the quaint town of Duck and has truly spectacular panoramic views of the ocean and the beach. Our property is part of the Colony by the Sea association and has numerous amenities to include a large oceanfront pool, a bbq and picnic area, tennis courts, a basketball court and new playground. This condo rents Sunday to Sunday, May through October; flexible dates available in April.While this condominium has a truly incredible ocean view, please note that it is on the third floor and there are no elevators at this complex.For your safety and convenience the condo is equipped with keyless entry.This condo is a short distance from quaint shops and delicious restaurants.This home includes one set of bed linens per bed and one towel and washcloth per person registered at the home. A huge dining room with wood burning fire place for chilly fall days and built in bookcases. The space flows into the spacious Cathedral-ceilinged living room with a huge screened dining porch on one side, and an open sundeck surrounded by trees, with Adirondack chairs in the back. The first master bedroom opens off the living room. It also has cathedral ceilings, ceiling fan, windows galore, a large and private covered porch with arm chars, a brand new bathroom with double vanities, built in shelving and a huge open European shower complete with rain-shower head. This bathroom was a king bedroom before the recent renovation; the shower alone is ginormous! Some of our guests have been known to take videos of their loved ones taking a shower to show their friends at home.... This room has its private shaded deck with comfy chairs for two, overlooking the trees and the fish cleaning table below.On this level, off the hallway from the kitchen to the stairs and the "Back of House" there Is another full bathroom with soaking tub/shower, 48” wide well lit vanity with mirrored wall cabinet, as well as a laundry room with washer and dryer, and a utility closet under the stair with spare light bulbs, flashlights, batteries, high chair and kid arm chair, and other necessities.
