For two days, the water glasses were taken away and no new ones were provided. For two days, there was no water in the room. When I asked housekeeping for water, they brought me chargeable water. Every day when I came back tired and hungry from outings, there were no glasses or water. I couldn't take it anymore and called to complain. The housekeeping manager came and gave me a bunch of nonsense, emphasizing that each person only gets one free bottle of water per day. Whether it's chargeable or not is a minor issue; his attitude and demeanor were disgusting. After I complained, she said she would communicate with the assistant manager, but I never received a feedback until check-out. Furthermore, I asked the hotel to book a restaurant across the street for me, but I didn't have their contact information. Several hours passed without a reply. Later, a female receptionist told me she had no obligation to (not...). (The person in charge) helped us book restaurants outside the hotel. What angered me most was that after checking out, the manager pulled us aside for a talk, saying the swimming pool had been closed for a day for cleaning because there was a pile of feces in it. They checked the security footage and found that only we and another family were there during that time, and later only we were left. Anyone who understands English can tell this is a sign of suspicion and extreme disrespect. Never step on a hotel with such poor service, distrust of and disrespect for its customers (or perhaps selective respect), and resolutely boycott it.

Een heel leuke en gezellige plek. Prachtig interieur. Geweldige locatie, vlakbij het strand. Zeer behulpzaam personeel. We hebben het fantastisch gehad.

Het is niet goed, maar het is zo-zo, het hotel is relatief gewoontjes. Hetzelfde als andere Marriots. Er is een binnenzwembad dat 24 uur per dag geopend is, niet te groot, het water is niet te diep en de kinderen zijn erg blij. Er wordt gezegd dat er een Carrefour-supermarkt in de buurt is, waar je fruit kunt kopen om te eten, en die sluit om 21.00 uur, maar ik ben er nooit geweest vanwege het schema. Maar je kunt zeggen dat er helemaal geen landschap is. Het zogenaamde gedeeltelijke uitzicht op zee is ver weg en het meeste is bedekt met reclameborden. Ik ben echt sprakeloos. Wat vooral ondraaglijk is, is dat de ober direct de kamer binnenkomt zonder op de deur te kloppen.

Was a beautiful stay. It's a family owned hotel. With a rich history. Got upgraded for a sea view with a big discount. Absolutely magical

All great except for weird reception working hours. Very inconvenient if you arrive between 12 and 3 pm - no chance to leave luggage in storage before check in.

I had a wonderful stay here. Lovely breakfast and staffs worked really hard to maintain high standard and ensure guests have a great time.

The hotel is a great option for its prize. I should not that the furniture was a quiet old and the elevator is very noisy. However, for its prize Hotel Les Steriilitzias a good option. I loved the stuff here. There were very helpful. The bus stop is in 5 minutes walk, very close to Juan Les Pins train station (that was the reason I chose the hotel for the first place).

Everything was fine except the bathtub socket was broken so we couldn't enjoy a bath. There was no hairdryer and iron as mentioned. We enjoyed the big apartment with a sea view balcony. There was a dishwasher!
