房間很大，收拾的很乾凈。房東指路很清晰，沒走什麼冤枉路。周圍是成熟社區，超市裡什麼都有。如果要燒烤還是要在白天，晚上燒烤的位置沒有燈光看不清楚。離沙灘很近步行即可，趕海的地方開車也就10分鐘。非常愉快的五一假期

房間過馬路就是公園和大海，出門就能趕海，兒子逮了好多的小螃蟹，可開心了，我們還拾了一大桶生蠔，很好撿，一會兒就撿了好多，馬上回民宿裏蒸，特別鮮，味道很好！還帶了一大桶回家吃，收穫滿滿。老闆説民宿對面這個生蠔灘連當地人知道的都不多，謝謝老闆的推薦。意猶未盡，下次還過來玩，多帶幾個桶裝生蠔。

在小區裏面，一室一廳一廚一衞，面積較大，廚房沒使用不知道怎麼樣，但洗手間質量沒問題，衞生也可以，離海邊走路五分鐘吧，周邊飯店擺攤的很多，但是別挑飯點去，中午等了一個小時六個菜上了仨，晚上等了九十分鐘海鮮大咖才端上來而且都不怎麼熱，點餐體驗特差，海灘禁止游泳經常有人拿喇叭喊話，帶孩子玩水推薦祥雲灣，花十塊錢停車費就能進，海灘上支帳篷另收五十…住宿體驗很好，老闆熱情，物美價廉！

房間不錯，房東也熱情，但小區建設的太差勁了，這小區入住率不高，每棟樓上都沒有樓號，地庫裏更沒有對應的樓號了，找4號樓找了好久，整個小區裏都沒人，想問問具體樓號都問不到，最後從地庫隨便坐了一部電梯上來，到一層一看這棟樓就跟荒廢的一樣，到處是塵土和蛛網，得虧跟我爸一起上來的，給我倆嚇夠嗆，又回地庫了；第三晚想去門口三貝碼頭遛彎就沒開車，直接坐電梯到1層，想着溜達出去，一出樓門整個小區烏漆嘛黑一片竟然連個路燈都沒有，我們又被嚇回屋裡了，就沖這配套不會再住了，嚇人
