乾淨的 不錯。入住的時候升級套房多付了4000多盧比，但攜程上為什麼要1700多人民幣啊？

The stay was excellent and was amazing… I would like to mention about the staff they were helpful and very polite. Reshmi the relation ***ager was very helpful and support. Kudos and appreciate to the staff mentioned and would like to thank for having a wondeful stay.

Hand down the best hotel available. I don't look at any other property when I am traveling to Siliguri. Spacious Room, wide spread buffet and helpful staff and very centrally located. Right property at right location. Just a Marriott thing....

Stayed in this property twice on our way to/from Sikkim. It's a great relief to find a place like this in a chaotic city like Siliguri. The room was perfect for our short stay and the staff were brilliant. Couple of minor issues (like AC) were dealt with in a very professional ***ner. The true highlight of our stay was the food. The breakfast as well as the in-room dinner service we had was top class. Great work from the kitchen staff...

Excellent experience I have stayed here before and would stay again and again. I was overwhelmed from security to check in and finally the room. Perfect in every sense and breakfast was very good good variety and good service. Rooms were clean and perfect

This is well ***aged property, with very warm and courteous staff, starting from the security. I had rqsted for two interconnected rooms on the higher floors, and it was nice surprise to note that they had indeed obliged me, on same. We had dinner on the 14 th floor, at courtyard terrace - and quite enjoyed the food and ambience, with the backdrop of live music. The rooms are clean and well equipped. the breakfast buffet was a disappoin**ent - the room was overcrowded with some convention attendees. the spread was satisfactory, but having to push through the crowd, to reach the food, made for a poor experience. the crowds need to be better ***aged as inhouse guests do feel letdown. The presence of the head chef, who personally meet the guests, and the helpful staff, did allay some of the negative vibes. This is my grouse not only with this property, but with the hotel industry at large, when faced with the nuisance of mixing with large crowds.
