Fantastisch hotel. Mooie ligging. Goed eten. Dit ie echt een aanrader. Het personeel is zo vriendelijk. Een nog te ontdekken pareltje voordat het massa toerisme hier komt. Nu nog niet echt druk maar echt een prachtig plek om te vertoeven..............................................

Mooi hotel op de top van de berg, relaxte bediening , erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Mooi uitzicht , wel tuktuk nodig om naar stadje te gaan, ivm steile berg opgang , zeer zeker de moeite waar om hier te logeren

Een hele klim om het hotel te bereiken via de vele haarspeldbochten. De tocht wordt beloond met een schitterend uitzicht vanaf je balkon. De kamer is oké, enigszins achterstallig onderhoud. Het diner buffet is oké, niet bijzonder. Ook het ontbijt buffet is redelijk standaard met niet veel extra’s. Het gepersonaliseerde servies en bestek geeft de maaltijd een sjieke uitstraling. Alleen al voor het uitzicht een aanrader.

Wij hebben hier een nacht verbleven ivm excursie. Prima hotel netjes personeel is erg behulpzaam. Mooie kamer op de bovenste verdieping met geweldig mooi uitzicht. 'S morgens wel wat rumoerig door aantal gasten.

The hotel was part of a series that we used during the tour of the island. It was actually the first one we stayed in after our arrival in Sri Lanka. It is located in the mountains, far from Ella. The transfer is done by small buses, because a big bus cannot reach the hotel. It is far from Ella and cannot be hiked. Very good rooms with a great terrace with very good furniture. The view from the terrace was amazing. Unfortunately, it rained the whole time we were in the hotel (one night) and we couldn't look around. Persona la is extremely friendly and ready to help when needed. We had an issue with a broken lock on one suitcase and they immediately found a tool to fix it. The food is delicious. In the morning we saw squirrels walking around.

What a view over the pool and the Gap! The rooms were clean and spacious but the hotel is showing its age in places. Very nice food although some large coach parties meant there was a bit of a rush at times and you had to time dinner just right. overall a very nice stay here

Lovely hotel in prime position on top of Ella. We stayed one brief night on our tour around SW Sri Lanka and found it wonderfully luxurious. We ate out in town (Chill Cafe - v good) but the hotel breakfast was a lovely varied buffet and the balcony from our room looked out onto the whole valley. Got up at 6am to watch the sunrise-what a panoramic view we had from our balcony. Lovely staff and beautiful pool altho we didn't get time to use it :-(

This Hotel is Heaven for sure. The food is out of this world, the service beyond comparison. To the staff nothing was impossible. They go above and beyond to make one's stay comfortable and memorable. The view from the rooms is breathtaking not to mention the sunrise which we were not aware of until the lady at the Reception mentioned and we were prepared the next morning. The train is visible from the room and restaurant once it leaves Ella Station and makes it's way to Badulla.
