"Very kind and thoughtful Reception associates! They took extra steps to ensure you were satisfied and had everything that you needed. While there are actually 3 buildings to choose from, I am Team Historic buildings, and chose to stay on the Limmat River in a newly designed Limmat Suite (in the yellow building, next door to the original pink building.) Good amenities and working A/C. This was a short stopover. I would have liked to have spent an additional day to explore the town and use the spa facilities. A summery evening, with people walking on the promenade on both sides of the river. Pepe Nero's Ristorante, offers a wonderful variety of homemade pastas and fresh salads on an outdoor terrace. Thank you for your hospitality!"

"For the region price quality is correct. Room is clean and large, sufficient space. Bed are correct, level of service is sufficient for the hotel level. We could encourage more desk availability, can be feel as "cold". The plus is the location near the town centre, the rail station and a parking for those who come with car. Wifi is good quality as well and doesn't suffer from online calls as well as visio.At least good for business stays, for other purposes they are more lovely places in Baden, or you want to have something more design than cooconning. "Super central, newt to the train station, it is clean and cute, but the hotel 2 sides are facing 2 very busy streets. I was set in a double room on 1st floor and you could hear all the buses every 5mns coming out from the central bus station. My room was nicely designed, about 25 sqm, bed was comfy, and room had a nespresso machine. On the corridor there was even a nespresso tea machine. Breakfast isn't glorious at all, the cappuccino coming from am Automated machine was not drinkable, albeit I stayed 2 nights, and had 2 Breakfast, it was the same quality (poor) and limited choice every morning. The.gym is more a closet with weights, no tread mill or any machine. For that the price was i found exorbitant, 210 chf a night, in zurich you pay less and get more, so for Baden you can definitely get better hotels for less too."
