De deur was altijd sluiten, voor de veiligheid, maar in een centrale positie, overal."

"My 3-day stay experience in July 2024; 1) I think the hotel is abusing the rating system. Statistically, there's a distribution of either 5 or 1 star, which is outside the normal distribution. This is not in line with the normal flow of life. Profiles of people who give 5 stars generally consist of 1 or 2 reviews. Profiles of people who give 1 star are more reliable. However, it's up to you, the readers, to judge. 2) There's a terrible vinegar smell in the hotel. When I first arrived, I thought it was garbage. I rode the hot elevator holding my breath for 3 days. It's been more than 100 years since detergent was invented. 3) The air conditioning is very bad. Its power drops during the day and is therefore insufficient. At night, it overcools. I think because it overcools, the cooling power of the rooms that are turned off flows into the rooms that are not. I set it from 18 degrees to 25 degrees, but it didn't even care; it just keeps blowing the same amount. It's sweltering until 22:00 in the evening. It's good between 22:00 and 03:00, but you freeze between 03:00 and 06:00. It's also extremely noisy. 4) The door lock doesn't work, and it can't be closed without forcing it because it slides off its axis. 5) They don't give a second card; the number of cards is too few :) 6) They don't provide beach towels, they wear out when washed (the statement is exactly that). 7) There's no rope needed to dry swimsuits on the balcony. 8) There are no mosquito nets on the window. 9) The window frames don't close properly, blowing in windy weather. 10) The food is good, high-quality home-cooked meals, but there are also German-style meat-based items. The salad section could be improved. There's no parsley and mint in the evening. 11) Drinks are charged at the hotel. OK, we saw this and accepted it and made a reservation, but we learned at the hotel that Coca-Cola, which costs 25 lira per liter, is being sold for 320 lira per liter. So, at an open buffet, let the customer fill up on Coke, but I personally indulged in the meat instead of Coke, which I can't drink. Now that I think about it, the Coke company is losing money, the hotel is losing money, and I am losing money (because I can't enjoy it). It's illogical; everyone loses money; there must be a drink with the meal. 12) The sea is sandy, shallow and clean, but I have swam in many places from Hatay to Igneada and I have never seen it this cold, maybe it can compete with Assos."

"We had high expectations for Ortunç, especially considering the price of around €700 per night for their most basic room. Unfortunately, we left very disappointed. The location itself is beautiful and peaceful, and the gardens are lovely. However, getting there is not easy. Be very careful with your navigation, as searching for “Ortunç Otel” can actually take you to the wrong hotel. The final road is extremely narrow and winding, which can be quite an experience when combined with the local driving style. The arrival was underwhelming. The reception is tiny, with nowhere comfortable to sit, and we certainly didn’t experience the kind of warm welcome you would expect from a hotel charging these rates. Valet parking is available, which is a plus. The biggest disappointment was the room. For €700 per night, it was surprisingly small, the bathroom was tiny, and the bed was extremely hard. The television was almost amusing. What looks like a huge TV on the wall is actually a large decorative façade with a much smaller television inside it. Even more surprising: it wasn’t a smart TV, so we couldn’t stream anything. At this price point, that feels very outdated. The food was average at best, and communication with the restaurant staff was sometimes difficult due to their very limited English. And that really sums up our experience: Ortunç is not necessarily a bad hotel, but the price-to-quality ratio simply doesn’t make sense. At €700 per night, I expect excellent service, a beautiful and comfortable room, high-quality food and attention to detail. We simply didn’t find that here. If you have this kind of budget available, there are many luxury hotels where your money will buy you a considerably higher level of comfort, service and overall experience. Beautiful surroundings, yes. Worth €700 a night? Absolutely not. Unfortunately, we would not return."

"Het Sukha Cunda Hotel was een geweldige ervaring voor ons... we hadden een reservering in Cunda, toen we het hotel onderzoeken, maar we waren erg blij toen we vertrokken... en alle personeelsleden waren erg ingewikkeld en geliefd op schoonheid, comfort, interesse en zaken. Het was ook een leuke manier om ons te helpen bij onze vroege aankomst, maar we hadden het hotel zwembad wel een beetje klein, maar het was een geweldige keuze voor mensen die van de menigte af willen gaan en naar de hoofden willen luisteren. Als u het wilt, kunt u binnen tien minuten lopen naar het centrum van het eiland... en het is moeilijk om door de straat te gaan, maar het is moeilijk om met de koffer te lopen omdat de wegen recht en stenig zijn. Het hotel ligt op slechts vijf minuten van de Un-dwerg, en het vervoer van de openbare vervoerswagens voor het hotel was zeer gemakkelijk, en het ontbijt was zeker boven onze verwachtingen. Het was een verbazingwekkende, maar gepaste smaak die iedereen kon gebruiken om de smaak van de baarmoeder te bepalen... en het was een aparte plezier om elke dag een andere smaak, fruit of ham te maken, die verrijkt werd met een andere smaak, fruit of hamer. De hotel is ingehuurd in Surya Beach, waar u gratis toegang kunt krijgen met een reservering. Het is binnen ongeveer 10 minuten te voet van de hoofdweg. Het strand heeft een zeer gezellige en rustige omgeving met de zee, de atmosfeer en de rust. We hebben vier dagen gebleven en we zijn blij met elk moment."
