I booked a non-smoking room just to find myself in a deep smoking room. stinks asf. They even have the smoke detector coverd with a plastic bag. the rooms dirty and everything was a mess. stay away forks unless you don't mind where you stay.

I have stayed at the Red Roof in Montana and what a difference. This one was a shelter, no shade on the lamp, dirty, dim, bed linens stained. This is a one star property at best, it shouldn't be listed as a hotel for paying guests. It's a long term stay shelter. We checked in went to the room and immediately checked out within 15 minutes. Unsafe all around, as we checked in individuals were opening their doors to see who the new people were. Women traveling alone or in a group do not stay here, try Hampton Suites directly across the street which is a 5/5.

Property is in shambles. No gym, no ice machine. Construction, debris, trash everywhere. Good for only a bed to sleep in which had cigarette burns in the blankets. Smoke detector was removed and bathroom light didn’t work. Hardly anything stocked for breakfast, spoiled milk.

I am a resident of the UK and check in staff wanted a state ID which I didn't have. Web site said there was a business center but there isn't one and the breakfast options is only a bagel and coffee when web site said breakfast included.

It was just for one night so I didn’t expect it to be perfect and it’s a good price. Room wasn’t very clean. Luckily the beds were. Bathroom was bad…

When checking in, they were so rude. They do not allow you to use the bathroom in the lobby. They're not very welcoming. The front door sticks. I couldn't take a shower because it only goes up to 2 hundredd 50 pounds. Most people that are disabled are around 300. Their laundry facilities are down. Their breakfast is terrible. Toast waffle. The entire night I kept waking up because the springs were in my back.

The hotel was unsafe. The lobby was locked and no one at the desk to let me in. I had to find somewhere else to stay and I was still charged.

Shower was disgusting, beds were terrible with wornout springs, and people were outside till 3am screaming and yelling and hotel management did nothing about it.

Bugs in my bed dog piss in the floor . I couldn’t even stay had to up and leave 10 mins after arriving
