"What a lovely place to say right at the entrance to the Medieval City. Check in really good, lovely man on reception, nothing too much trouble. We had a jacuzzi room on a nice terrace, which was very nice. The room is excellently equipped, and bed very comfortable. Also secure parking a massive bonus. You couldn’t get more centrally located and be able to park… we will definitely return."

"Very good hotel, the environment is very good, very quiet. Front desk service, dinner, breakfast is great, very close to the castle, just opposite, The hotel is very environmentally friendly, there is no plastic bottled water, you need to drink water to go to the 0th floor and fill the glass bottle yourself to get back to the room."

The facilities were excellent at the hotel and the terrace was the perfect setting for ending the day with sundowners. Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of taking a trip to Carcassonne."

"Great budget hotel, and they even have pool, though we didn’t use it. Conveniently located just off the roadway and near shops, supermarkets and petrol station, but quiet nevertheless. The staff were very friendly and kind. We had air conditioning issues with our room on the second night and they immediately changed our room. Breakfast was good. It’s the second time we stayed here. We will come again when in the area."

"The hotel is very well located, with great views of the Cité. The staff is very friendly. The room had a large and very comfortable bed. It's a shame it had little natural light, and the colors of the walls and carpet don't help to make it feel bright and spacious. Breakfast was adequate, with limited savory options. There was a good variety of sweets. The heated pool with its views is a major plus."

"Given an inferior room to the one that was booked, changed to another on second floor 40 steps no lift with threadbare carpet on landing.Toilet flush and seat broken,no bed made or towels changed on the first day.Second day bed made and a small hand towel and one bath towel given for 2 people.Also a haf used toilet roll replaced the old one.Parking for only 4 cars which they charge you even if you cannot parkBreakfast poor tables not cleaned and minimum food and utensils issuedTried to charge too much at the end of the stay but had booking form with me"
