"We really enjoyed our stay here and we especially enjoyed the extremely friendly staff that worked here, they were awesome! If you are looking for a place to relax and have as a base while exploring the island this is it. Rooms are large and in a really fantastic state. Restaurant was awesome with a lot of goodies to choose from and all tasty. Beach just outside the restaurant with a lot to explore. Finally and again a huge THANK YOU to the staff, you are doing a great job!"

Dar and Douce

"I made a mistake. I clicked March instead of April when making my reservation. It was a stupid mistake. We're in the middle of a nine month trip and mistakes will be made. When we didn't show for an 8 day stay in March, Dar and Douce made no effort to reach out. Instead they pocketed my entire $700+ and refused to even discuss a fair settlement. Most properties will keep a night for no shows and refund the rest. But Dar and Douce is not most properties. Instead Peter mocked my request, lied about how busy he was, made up some lie about FIFA needing rooms that week that he couldn't sell because he was waiting every day for us to show up. When I told this story to another property owner I met on the island, he laughed when I told him what property was involved and exclaimed "What a liar!" Apparently Peter's reputation preceded him. Again, I know I messed up. But there is no reason this had to be a $700 mistake...unless you do business with a peter who works at dar and douche. Stay away. I can only imagine the contempt they must have for their guests. "

"Very nice hotel, welcoming and very friendly staff. Idyllic setting for a stay at La Roussette. The staff does their utmost to help us and satisfy the guests as best as possible, especially if we are not fluent in the language of Shakespeare. Highly recommended +++"

Green Palm Self Catering

"Very clean and comfortable room.. Theresa was very kind and generous and the snoozing pugs and cats made us feel at home. Arrived late and had asked for dinner to be sorted for us, very good lamb and octopus curries... spent one happy night before getting to Praslin."

"Residence Argine is truly a hidden gem in Mahé. We had a fantastic accomodation to stay. The staff is amazing and very helpful. We are really greatful for them. The rooms are clean, comfortable so the bathrooms. Both bedrooms have a climate and a ceiling fan too. The kitchen is well-equipped and cozy. The food is amazing. Both the a la carte menu and the dinner is delicious."

"A wonderful villa, immediately after booking offer a car rent and meet with it at the airport. The hostess is very attentive, the house is clean, comfortable. There is a washing machine, a kitchen equipped, a garden is wonderful. Of course, it is suitable for those on the car - as it is on the mountain, it is necessary to take into account."

Castaway Lodge

"We hadden een geweldig verblijf op deze plek. Onze appartement was enorm en onbeleefd. De gastheer was zeer handig. Ze hebben huisdieren tortoises, honden en katten, mijn dochter had een gala tijd met de huisdieren. De accommodatie is in een goede locatie dicht bij de luchthaven en verschillende stranden."
