"I stay here several times a year--spring, summer, fall, and winter--whenever I travel to the greater Richmond area. The owner and staff there are friendly and helpful and the rooms are nice and large. The TV is good--great selection of channels, and I like the large desk and the refrigerator--both very useful. The location is quiet but very convenient to the town of Ashland, Kings Dominion park, the Richmond Zoo, etc."

"The first room we were assigned to AC wasn’t working. We got switched to another room that was a bit smaller but it was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is really good but the front desk person could be a bit more friendlier."
